C1 nearly drowns in a river, and is pulled out by C2. He says he's her Guardian, but she's never even seen him before.
C1 has had a pretty normal life.
Unfortunately for her, things are going to get a lot more complicated.
She'll find out that Hell, Lucifer, specifically, wants her as a weapon. C1 is special. She has abilities she's never even dreamed of having. She will either be his weapon, or be what stops the Devil from what he's planning to do.
I'd prefer to be C2 and I'd also prefer for C1 to be a girl, if that's okay. Also it can be a romance if you so wish for it to be. -

Appearance: Messy black hair, deep blue eyes, pale skin, tall and slender. Underneath the long black leather jacket he wears is a pair of black feathered wings. He usually also wears some sort of button-down shirt and blue jeans.
Personality: Sort of sarcastic and aloof
Bio: ???
Other: He can also read C1's mind (only hers) and almost make her think/see visions, I'm not quite sure how to describe it. I might add more powers later. -

Adrian walked through the forest, his boots making a crunching sound against the crisp covering of snow, his breath making white clouds in the winter air. He stopped near the river. There was a bridge that was broad enough for a vehicle to go through to his right. He felt like something was about to happen. He felt drawn to the place. Someone was coming, he knew. He hid behind a tree and looked out at the river, waiting to see what would happen.

A figure, wrapped in thick coats, walked into the soft glow cast by a light nearby. Katherine, her cheeks and nose pink from the cold, stepped onto the bridge and walked down it. She thought she was a flash of something near the water, so she bent the guard to see what it was. This was a mistake.
She had leaned too far and now she hurtled down towards the icy river, letting out a despaired cry before being swallowed by the frigid arms of frost. -
Adrian knew as soon as he saw the girl. She was his charge. He saw her lean over the rails of the bridge and fall over, breaking through the paper-thin sheet of ice that had covered the dark blue waters of the river. Well, wasn't this lovely. He took off his jacket and ran towards the edge of the water, preparing to dive into the freezing waters.

Katherine had taken swimming classes, yes, but nothing could have prepared her for the almost paralyzing cold. She tried to swim, but her jackets weighed her down and the zippers were stuck.

Adrian leaped into the river and began swimming deep into the water. She couldn't swim because her jacket was stuck. He searched through the waters, keeping his eyes peeled for her when he finally saw her. He swam in her direction as fast as he could.
