Rasia nervously took a few steps forward. Every single eye was on her. She took a deep breath, trying to get ahold of herself. She blinked at the size of the crowd.

Qirona put an arm behind her and said "This is that very human, as told by Qamara the Wise. Rasia." The crowd was in awe and then began to cheer. A real human was here.

Raisa gave a nervous smile and a small wave. She was not enjoying this. Her heart was beating a hundred miles a minute and her hands were sweaty. She was glad for them, definitely, but still.

Qirona said "Yes, rejoice. For we shall soon be with our allies once again. That is all for now." She then walked with Rasia back inside and everyone left.

Rasia walked quickly back inside. "Oh my goodness," she said with almost a shaky voice as she ran her hand through her auburn hair.

Qirona asked "Are you okay? You look flustered."

"Yeah," Rasia said, nodding. "I've just never been good with crowds," she said. She rubbed her sweaty hands on her pants so that they'd be dry.

Qirona was confused by that statement but said "I must admit, this journey to find the bow will be dangerous. Most of us haven't ventured past the city so we have no idea what could be beyond our borders. Are you willing to go through with it?"

"What is this bow?" Rasia asked. She had heard that she needed to find it? She hadn't been completely listening to the whole thing. Why her? What did being human have to do anything about it?

Qirona answered "The Gilded Bow of Light is a sacred bow that was hidden for us to use when the time was right. It was supposed to be used after 1682 to bring us to the surface. That's when we figured the Earth would be stable. But the stupid sorcerers that made it created it wrong. It could only be used by human hands, not our elven ones."

"How do you use a bow to bring you back to the surface?" Rasia asked. That seemed odd.

Qirona said "When the bow is fired from the highest point in the castle, straight into the air, it will break the ceiling and the light shall pull us upward. Or at least that's what we think will happen. No one is quite sure."

"I've never shot a bow," Rasia admitted. "But I will find it for you guys."

Qirona said "Thank you my good human. But, you need not go on this journey alone. Since he found you, Laucian shall accompany you on this journey into the unknown. Here he comes now with the map." Laucian was indeed coming down the hallway with a map in hand.

Rasia nodded. "Thanks," she said. She turned her head to see Laucian walking to them.
