"Like..," Nathan drifted off, absentmindedly waving his legs in the air. "Like...something that you want to do."

Megan shrugged. "I don't really know," she said.

"What do you usually do for fun?" Nathan said, bouncing up and staring at her keenly.

"Uhhhh..."

Same, I don't know what to say lol))
Nathan waited patiently for her to answer. -
"I don't know," Megan said. "Just - whatever feels fun at the moment."

"How do you make cake?" Nathan asked curiously, his tail straight like a flag pole.

"Depends, do you want it made from scratch or a box cake?" Megan asked.
(Bok cake is just cake mix. I've called it box cake all my life." -
"Any kind of cake," Nathan said. "As long as it's chocolate."

"Well, then there's many different ways you can go," Megan said. "If you're doing a box cake, then you just have to add like three ingredients, stick it in the oven, and it's good. Making it from scratch takes a lot more time, and I think I'm out f cocoa powder."

"Then let's do the box!" Nathan said, his eyes wide with a childlike excitement.

"Not right now," Megan said, flopping on the couch. "I'm not all the way awake yet "

Nathan jumped on top of her. "Are you awake now?"

"Oof," Megan said when he jumped on her. "Not yet," she said.
