"That sounds fun, but are you sure it's a good idea?" Bluefly said, glancing at Reedpelt and then at Treeslash.

"We can avoid those we need to," He said, noticing who she was looking at. "But we don't have to go if you don't want to. I'll be happy either way, so long as I'm with you." He purred, and licked her nose.

Bluefly rasped her tongue over his ear. "Me too," she said softly. "It's your decision."

"We should go. We're going to need to be our strongest if we're going to war with InfernoClan." Drakestorm decided.

"Yeah," Bluefly said. "Speaking of which, when do you think Rainkit will show up?"

"I don't know... he never said when, just that he will." He said.

Bluefly licked Drakestorm's cheek. "I think you should talk things over with Treeslash. Don't fight him, okay?"

"Ok." He agreed, though reluctant. "Where is he?"

Bluefly flicked her tail towards the nursery, where Treeslash was leaving. "Over there."
She nuzzled her face against his. "You can do it, Drakestorm." -
Drakestorm nuzzled her back thankfully. "I'll see what I can do." He walked over to him. "You wanted to talk it out, after she gave birth?" He asked Treeslash with an annoyed twitching tail.

Bluefly watched, washing herself.
Treeslash looked mildly irritated but nodded. "Yes, I did." -
"Well, there's no time like the present. Tell me, what is your deal with me?" Drakestorm asked, slightly annoyed.

Treeslash sighed. "You nearly killed my mate over a rabbit, you wouldn't let her give birth in peace, you're too quick to fight, and you went along with something wrong instead of taking a stand on it. It doesn't help that my brother doesn't like you at all."

"I was only following orders. If I had taken a stand, I would've died. I'm not risking my life over other's freedom. I deserve a chance to live, too. I'm too quick to fight because that's how I was raised. I was telling Jadestone something important. If you have a problem with the way I live, it's not mine. And I'm not going to make your brother happy if it means giving up my mate. I can't give up my future with Bluefly." He explained.

"If you follow wrong orders to save your life and nearly kill others in the process, I cannot see your reasoning," Treeslash said. "I never said you had to drop your future with Bluefly or that you didn't deserve to live."
