Morning came and Bluefly was curled up next to Drakestorm, purring. -
Drakestorm was fast asleep

Whistlepaw was sitting on top of Frog, pawing at his face. "Wake up," she said. "Clan cats get up early!"
"I would get up if you weren't sitting on me," Frog protested. -
Drakestorm woke up and saw Bluefly, purring in her sleep. He licked her ear.

Bluefly woke up, her eyes bright and alert. She rubbed her face against his, purring.

He licked her nose in response. "Want to go hunting?"

"Yep!" Bluefly said, stretching.
Whistlepaw jumped off of him. "Fernstar'll probably announce your new mentor soon."
Frog got to his paws. "Really? That'd be awesome!" -
"Where should we go?" He asked Bluefly.

"Your choice," she said warmly.
Treeslash stretched and shook himself out. He checked in on his mate and kits again, purring softly. -
"What about the hawk's nest that one patrol found? Maybe we can get the hawk!" He decided.

"What if it turns on us?" Bluefly said, nervously. "The thing is big enough to kill."

"It's early enough so it will be asleep, and it's nest is on the ground. Besides, I can protect you." He purred, licking her chest.

Bluefly purred. "Alright, I guess we can give it a shot."

"Race ya there!" He called, dashing through the undergrowth.

Bluefly growled playfully before chasing after him.
