Cass burst into peals of laughter. The sight of a frog being lifted up like so was far too much for her frazzled, sleep-deprived brain.

Captain lowered it and blinked in confusion at her

"Sorry, I'm just really tired," Cass said, leaning into her chair. "I don't know how much sleep I get per day."

"Go sleep-nap" Captain stated

"M'kay," Cass said, flopping on her couch again.

Captain walked over and tucked her in

"Thanks, Captain," Cass said softly. Chrome brought home a leaf, setting it down proudly.

Captain gave a crooked looking smile, due to the cracked side of his skull not moving right. He then noticed Chrome with the leaf and poked the leaf curiously

Chrome gave a happy little "mrrr" of excitement. He had brought home a lovely little piece of prey, a leaf.

Captain then did the logical thing and ate the leaf

Chrome gave a surprised squeak. Cass never ate his presents!

Captain blinked at the cat in confusion

Chrome purred and smacked his head against Captain's.

Captain yelped in pain, falling back as he grabbed the damaged side of his skull

Chrome looked alarmed and trotted over to Captain, mewling.
