Captain tilted his head a little, then nodded and looked at the fire

Jonathan stared into the fire for a few moments then looked away.

Captain looked at the cave entrance as Erratum came back, holding a live f---ing deer in his talons.

Jonathan looked at Captain. "Does he usually do things like this?" he said.

"Unfortunately" Captain said, clearly annoyed as Erratum tore off the deers head and swallowed it

Jonathan raised his eyebrows and looked away from the deer-eating creature.

Captain summoned a boom and started reading it

Jonathan took a bit of food out of his bag and ate some of it.

Captain frowned to himself in thought, then yelped as Erratum threw a chunk of meat at the skeleton -
Jonathan couldn't help but chuckle. He knew he might be annoyed, but still.

Captain glared and stood up, whisps of black fire dancing around him and almost appeared to be forming bat like wings. Erratum became frightened and flew off with his meal in tow

Jonathan calmly put his leftover food back in his bag, seeming unfazed by what just happened. Truth was he had lost his appetite.

Capatin took a slow breath and the black flame vanished. Strangely, the hunk of meat had also vanished

Jonathan guessed that that was something close to what happens when Erratum disobeyed Captain.

Captain sat back down, picking his book back up
