The woman nodded. "Its a pleasure to meet you both. Im Fang, and this is my partner Sephantus" she said, reaching back to pat the 30 foot long insect.

"It's nice to meet you as well," Elytra said. "Have we been summoned for training?"

Fang shook her head. "Not today. Today is to give you a tour of the base, show you your new room, and to get to know your partner

Elytra almost sighed with relief. "Understood."

Fang noticed and smirked before she turned amd grabbed one of Sephantus's spikes, swinging onto his back. "Hop on

"Him?" Elytra said, gesturing to Sephantus with visible surprise.

The woman grinned down at them. "Yeah, fastest way to get around. Dont worry, he wont eat cha, probably" she cackled. Vitalus looked uneasy, his wings twitching as he looked up at Elytra

Elytra gritted her teeth and climbed on, offering her hand to Vitalus to help him up.

Vitalus still looked nervous but grabbed her hand, scrambling up onto his back.

Elytra held on tightly. She didn't want to end up flying off and looking like a total idiot.

Sephantus rumbled and Fang patted his head. "Lets go to the cafeteria first to get some food" she said as the insect stood up and started walking

Elytra made sure that Vitalus was holding on tightly as the insect began to move.

Vitalus looked nervous as he held on tight to one of the spikes. Fang glanced back at them and smirked in amusment

Elytra settled herself in the most comfortable position possible.

Vitalus slowly relaxed looking around as they aproached a large central building. "Alright, that main building is the cafeteria, and all those medium size buildings around it are training halls. The next ring of buildings are the larger barracks, for people whose partners are kn the larger side of the spectrum" Fang explained
