We call Risa "cactus butt" from time to time because she sat in a patch of them once.

Anniyah heard Jenna's mom calling her. "Honey, are you up there? Jenna?"
I gotta go, she typed. Your mom's coming. -
Ok.
She heard Anniyah's brother come home from school.
Your brother's here, anyway. -
Airo knocked on the door. "Anniyah? Are you home?" he said, opening the door. "You are home!"

Jenna quickely put on her muggy expresion and put her head in her hand. "Hey Airo," she said, mumblig a little.

He frowned. "What's up with you?"

Anniyah opened the door and saw Jenna's mom. "You're home early. Are you feeling alright?"
"Yeah. I can't wait to visit them!" she said. Jenna's mother smiled. -
Jenna had to keep this up for at least the rest of the day. She should say that she's going to bed early. And then there was the 24 hour period after you've been deemed better from your fever that you can't go to school. She'd say in the morning that she felt better, and then she'd have the day off, and could come back the following day.
"I got sent home sick," she said. -

Airo stared at Jenna disbelievingly, and Anniyah's dog slinked in behind him, growling.

Jenna looked at him, and smiled. "Keep a secret?" she said.
