Twig stared at the lions, bleary eyed. -
Oseye had to walk today. She isn’t used to walking 🥺👉👈))
Sauda snored. -

Kinigua had a fitful sleep. Eventually, she got up, her leg bothering her deeply. Twig watched her quietly. -
Oseye was still fast asleep when Kinigua had woken up. Sauda, too, was asleep and would be greatly disturbed if awakened.

Kinigua sighed. "Twig."
Twig looked at her, her ears cautiously folded back. "What."
"Do you know anything that could...heal my leg?" Kinigua said. Twig thought for a moment.
"I guess Moon Pride's Lunar Flower might help," Twig decided.
Kinigua nodded. "Thanks." -
Oseye lifted her head up at the sound of chatter. “Huh?” She said quietly, her vision still fuzzy from sleep.

Both creatures grew silent.
"No problem," Twig said, after a moment.
Kinigua laid back down, her eyes wide and thoughtful. -
Sauda’s sides rose and fell slowly. The lion’s eyes were closed but he listened to the world around him.

Kinigua curled her injured leg close to her. She wondered if she had possibly somehow misjudged Twig.

“I’m starving.” Oseye said loudly, trying to get Sauda to wake up before she would poke him.

Kinigua nudged the rabbit toward Oseye, tiredly. "Eat..."

Oseye shook her head, “No, you should eat. Sauda and I will find something to hunt later.”

Kinigua set her head down on the ground, pushing around dust. "I wish I weren't so helpless."

Sauda woke up at Kinigua’s words, “What do you mean ‘helpless’.” He said distastefully. -
Neither will I)
Kinigua pushed a stone around with her good paw. "My leg."
