Kaine nods “ I guess that makes a lot of sense, she might feel that if she was a better worker, then maybe it wouldn’t have happened. It makes little difference though, she couldn’t have fixed the problem herself.” She says wisely.

Ken said "I think she knows that, but she still hates that it happened. Hopefully I can help her get back on her feet." Soon they both reached the exit door to the labs and as Ken walked to his car, he said "It was nice talking with you, Demeter. I'll see you in the morning."

Demeter smiled before she walked to her motorcycle. Climbing onto it, she put her helmet on, before she revved up the engine, and drove off.

Ken drove his car to his house. He remembered he found a comma shaped stone made of an unknown metal along with the rune. He figured it would make his sister feel better if he gave it to her and hopefully no one at Monarch would find out about it.

Demeter unlocked the door and then locked it again even before she put her stuff down. She had to be careful.
She checked on everyone of her siblings before she went to bed. She had that weird dream again. -
(Well, it's not like anyone else was gonna use it. Plus there was more than just one so Ken figured one missing wasn't going to matter.)
Ken came home and saw his sister on his sofa watching TV. He said "Just where I left ya." His sister, Persephone, looked at him and said "Hey, bro. How was work?" Ken said "Rather tiring, like always. I got something for you though." He gave Persephone the stone and said "Someone said it's called a magatama. Not sure what that means, but it might be lucky." Persephone smiled and just said "Thanks." She apricated the gift but didn't really feel any better. Ken could see this and said "Well, I tried. I'm going to bed. Good night." Persephone said "Good night." as he left -

Demeter woke up in a cold sweat. This was the first time she’d felt negatively about the dream. She couldn’t recall what had happened but she felt the urge to go puke up all of the pizza she’d eaten. It was the coffee...she really should lay off. -
Ken woke up a little groggy and walked to the kitchen. Persephone was in the kitchen, eating some cereal and looking at the job listings on the internet. She saw Ken and said "Good morning." Ken said "Morning."

Demeter sighed as she woke up a little later than she intended and found that her brother had taken her siblings to school.
She sighed as she poured a coffee. -
Ken made himself some cereal and talked with his sister about the job listings she was finding. He said he could try and get her a job at Monarch but he didn't think they would offer her anything good. Soon he had to leave and they both said goodbye to each other. As Ken left, Persephone grabbed her magatama and it started to glow faintly.

Demeter arrived at work shortly after she finished her coffee. She was in the lab with a box of doughnuts by the time the coffee machine had finally started to work. She felt exhausted.

Ken saw Demeter as he came in. He said "Good morning, Demeter. You seem tired today." One of their coworkers came to them and said "Hey, doctors, just a heads up. Higher-ups came in and said every scientist report to the meeting room."

Demeter sighed. “ dream got...a bit too real last night.” She sighed. She blinked at their coworker before she sighed and nodded. She grabbed her coffee and locked up her files in her briefcase before she headed to the meeting room.
She held the briefcase close to her. -
Ken walked in with Demeter and sat down. The Head of the Center, Dr. Junichi Sakurai, came in and said "Good morning everyone. There is no point in sugarcoating what I have to say so I must just inform you. Gojira has possibly been spotted."

Demeter blinks. This somehow does not surprise her.she nods. “ I see.” She murmurs. This isn’t good. However, he hadn’t been destructive the last time around, so maybe this time he’d be okay again?
