"Is that a threat?" Maxine asked with a laugh. She seem unwavered by Danny's change of eye color. "We weren't even laughing at you," Tetra lied smoothly. "Danny.." Denise said again.

Danny ignored a Denise "if you MUST know we were laughing at a joke. Now excuse us YOUR highness" Danny took a deep breath changung her eyecolor back

"Ouch," Maxine said in mock hurt. "Anyways, it was fun getting on your nerves, but I've got places to be, people to see," Maxine turned away in a flourish, dramatically making some flames dance around her as well. Tetra made a gagging motion as Maxine walked, which made Ritz laugh.

Danny glared after "what a preppy princess..."the red glimted in her eyes as her anger flared inside her

Denise stuck out her tongue behind Maxine's back, giggling. "Don't worry about her, she's just trying to get a reaction out of you," Denise said. A whistle was blown, the coach got the class's attention. "Hello everyone, my name Is Ms. Woods. I'll be your coach."

Danny sighed having her good day ruined "oh well lets just get this over with" she corssed her arms obviously still irritated

Denise gave Danny a hug in an attempt to make her cheer up. "Maxine just blows things out of proportion, don't make a big deal out of it," Tetra stated, "she makes an enemy out of everyone." The coach started calling roll

Danny nodded obviously a little less moody as she hugged Denise back and waited for her name to be called "hope she picks different targets tho"

"Even if she doesn't we'll be here to kick her ass alongside you," Tetra replied to Danny with an enthusiastic punch in the air. Ms. Woods called Denise and Ritz, they both said here, then the coach called Danny -
Danny quickly said "here" before smiling at her friends happy about having made so many so quickly

Finally, Tetra was called, and she said here with much enthusiasm. "Okay, everyone, we don't have much time left in this class, and it's only your first day, so go ahead and just do a couple laps around the tracks and call it a day." Ms. Woods said. "Sweet," Tetra said. Denise smiled.

Danny nodded deciding that it might calm her to run so sue looked at Denise "come on" as she started running

Denise followed after Danny, easily keeping her pace as this was a daily activity for her. Tetra and Ritz trailed behind them slighly, making conversation in Ritz's language.
