Mr. Rice took up all the papers and looked over a few with a small smile. "Some of you are quite powerful, as expected. Others are not.." He began yet another ramble, talking about how no matter what amount of power you had to use it carefully and go down the right path.

Danny rubbed her head and whispered "I'm probably the weakest one here" she frowned quite a lot before sighing softly doodlingquietly

"Not true," Joseph said when he heard what Danny said. "I hear Muriel only has the power to turn liquids into solids," Joseph said, gesturing towards a redheaded girl. "Doesn't matter anyways, we only have a few more minutes until lunch."

Danny fidgeted "will it ever end" seh sighed vefore nodding as she looked at her hands examining them

Just then the lunch bell rang. Mr Rice smiled and told them they'd continue their activity tomorrow, and Joseph jumped up quickly, saying "Finally!" Like it was the best sound in the world. Denise laughed at this.

Danny pouted once again and looked at Denise "so um what you doing after school?"

"Joseph can come with us to that cafe we were talking about earlier," Denise offered as the trio walked to the cafeteria.

Danny nodded slowly and looked at Denise muttering something under her breathe
