"Oh I've got tricks up my sleeves and leaves up my shirt," Tetra had said a strange saying, but she clarified when she shook actual leaves out of her shirt. "I've got plant powers, remember?" She laughed. "Don't worry about Maxine, she'll get what's coming to her," Tetra said. Denise was silent throughout all of this, not offering any input or advice because pranks weren't exactly her forte.

Danny nodded smirking "we should all hangout after school i think me and Tetra can disccus it soon right?"

"I've already got something in mind," Tetra said, agreeing to the meet up after school. "Let's go to this cafe and discuss it," Denise offered. "It's called 'Just your cup of tea' and it's really nice."

Danny nodded smirking "Sure Denise sounds great" she stretched slightly "so when does this thing end?"

"Actually, gym should end any second n-" Tetra was interrupted by the bell. "Bye, guys! Me and Ritz have a different class next, but I think your class is Magical Controlment, just down that hallway," Tetra pointed down the hall. Denise was sad that they had to separate from Tetra and Ritz, but they'd see each other again at lunch.

Denise followed Danny, blushing at the sheer thought of how many times they had held hands today. Magical Controlment was a class designated for those with strange or non-mainstream powers. The teacher standing at the door was a tall, hefty man with black scales along his arms. He was a dragon, by the name of Mr. Rice.

Danbu greeted the teacher with a smile admiring his scales from afar "i love this place dojt you Denise?"

"Yeah, the students here are really nice, everybody is so unique.. except Maxine, of course," Denise chuckled a little. Maxine could hate them all she wanted, but knew Danny would protect them. In the classroom, it was decorated with lots of artworks, surrounding the walls in bunches and giving it a collage affect.

"Wow awesome hey Denise do you think some people here are clueless about humans?" *she asked curiouslt

"Some are, I suppose. There are just some areas of the world only populated by monsters, closed off from the humans." Denise replied. Once everyone was in the classroom, the bell rang signifying that if you were not in class by then, you were late. Mr. Rice shut the door and introduced himself.

Danny smirked and nodded looking at her watch calculating the time

Before Mr. Rice could form a full sentence, a knock was heard at the door. The teacher raised an eyebrow and opened it. "Already late, on your first day?" Mr. Rice said sarcastically. The kid was quite disheveled, he had long black hair that was tied up messily. One of his eyes were green, another was pale, almost white. "Sorry, Mr. Rice! You see, what had happened was.. well, I was there, in the halls, coming to your darling class that I love so very much.." the kid went on an made a big show of telling his crazy and obviously made up story. "..and after the wolves stopped riding the dinosaurs, they swam off with the sirens.."

Danny frowned slightly and looked at Denise "yea imma stay quiet on this one..." she didnt stop frowning tho and wondered the real reason he was late, was it a secret or was he just lazy or something

"He's gonna be our new friend," Denise replied, already having made up her mind. She was strange in that way, always knowing who was gonna make a really good match. If Danny hadn't run into her, Denise probably would have approached Danny first. Mr. Rice sighed and instructed the black haired kid to just take a seat.
(Another fair reminder that you can control the side characters as well xD wanna name the black haired kid??)
