Ashley looked over her shoulder, in the slightest hope of seeing him, of seeing Carson coming around the corner, with a large grin on his face whether it was real or fake. But, as she stood no sign of Carson was shown. Ashley sighed as she heard her brother honk the horn of his used 2011 Toyota Corolla. Once entering the car, no words were exchanged between Ashley and her brother, just the low music of Imagine Dragons playing.
-
Carson picked a flower and started picking off petals. "I should admit my feelings, I should not. I should admit my feelings, I should not." He muttered as he walked down the street and into his house. "Ugh. What would a flower know." He growled, tossing the flower to the ground and entering his house.

''Something the matter, Ash?'' Joshua questioned, turning the corner into a neighborhood of lined houses, all similar. ''Nothing, just boy trouble,'' Ashley said, slumping in her seat. Joshua laughed at his sister's distress. ''You'll eventually get over it,'' Joshua hummed as he drove into the driveway. ''Talk with mom about it,'' He said, stepping out of the car. Ashley soon followed, looking at her phone, searching for her messages. Nothing. No messages from Jake nor Carson. Entering the house, the television blaring from living. ''You guys hungry?'' Ms. Moore questioned, her voice booming. She handed Joshua the bag of food and began walking from the hallway to the staircase. ''No!'' Ashley replied in anger, stomping her way upstairs.
Time skip to the party?)) -
(Yeah)
James drove Curtis and Carson to the party. "What are we doing here?" Carson asked nervously when they stopped at Ashley's house. "We're giving our friend a ride to the party. Her date can walk." James chuckled. "No, let Jake take her." Carson muttered. "Carson, we're your friends and we know what's good for you." James assured Carson. "Yeah. So listen to us and do what we say numbnuts." Curtis told Carson. -
Ashley was in the bathroom, finishing her waterproof makeup products, with her waterproof camera on the bathroom counter. ''Hey, Ash!'' Her mother shouted from downstairs, as she peeked through the window, noticing a car out front. ''I think your friends are here!'' She added, her voice echoing throughout the house. Frustrated as Ashley rushed to finish up her things, she grabbed her camera, bag, and lastly her sandals. ''Ashley!'' Her mother shouted once more, obviously disliking how she kept the boys waiting.
With the last minute text from James and Curtis, Ashley had canceled her plans with going to the party with Jake, telling him she'll meet him there. Sighing, Ashley walked out the front door, putting on her sandals, her mother peeking out the door. ''I want you home by eleven,'' Her mother said, her brows furrowed in concern. ''Okay, mom, love you,'' Ashley said, walking to the car, obviously unhappy. She got into the car, her glare towards James and Curtis. ''You guys seriously had to text me last minute, just to pick me up? I could've gone with Jake or even have my brother,'' Ashley huffed, knowing even if she refused they'll still force her to go with them. Her gaze shifted to Carson, her brows furrowed in anger as she turned her gaze back to her house. Her mother had gone inside, still peeking through the curtains, trying to go unnoticed by the other teenagers just to make sure her daughter left safely. -
"We had to do it last minute. Otherwise this guy wouldn't get in the car." Curtis muttered. James elbowed him. "Please forgive us." James pleaded. "Gaaaaaay." Curtis teased. "Shut up!" James and Carson groaned. James to Curtis and Carson to both of them.
-
''If I knew [i]he[/] was going to be in here,'' Ashley emphasized, crossing her arms as she slumped in the seat. ''I would've never entered the car,'' She hissed, her brows furrowed. Ashley huffed and puffed, putting on her earbuds, listening to music. While listening to music, blocking other sounds besides her music, Ashley tended to look at her camera often. As well as she tended to check her blog on her phone, seeing how excited people were about her new post tomorrow.

Carson frowned, feeling a stab of guilt and getting a bit nauseous from fear. "Stop the car." Carson told James, his voice choked up a bit. "I will do nothin* of the sort." James told him. "James! Stop the Car." Carson told him, raising his voice as fear filled his eyes and tinted his angry voice.
-
Hearing Carson shout towards James, Ashley quickly averted her gaze from her camera to Carson. Her brows furrowed as she took out her earbuds. ''Is something wrong?'' She questioned, her voice low and smooth. Her anger had seemed to skyrocket as it appeared Carson didn't want her in the car. With a huff, she crossed her arms over her chest, brows furrowed in anger. ''Just stop the car, I'll walk, I am a big girl and obviously someone doesn't want me in the car,'' Ashley said, as she remembered her attempts of making Carson feel better on their date.
-
Carson felt another stab of guilt. "Geese! I expected things to be awkrawd... But you two are acting cut throat." James replied as they arrived at Jessie's mansion. "I... I'm sorry." Carson replied, holding his head.
-
''Thanks for the ride,'' Ashley said, opening the car door. Infuriating! I tried being nice to Carson, Ashley thought, her brows furrowed in thought as she clenched her phone and camera. I honestly wish he would just open his eyes and realise that..I maybe..Just a little, Ashley continued, her thoughts causing her to walk faster to the house. She opened the door to see teenagers sprawled about with different types of alcohol. She bit her bottom lip, looking for Jake or Jessie. Though, despite searching for Jake, her thoughts were full of Carson and his behavior. Maybe I do like him and it does hurt to see him this way but, why would I or even anyone want to date a playboy? Ashley thought as she began making her way to the kitchen.
-
"Something wrong gorgeous?" Jake asked, finally finding Ashley. He had two glasses of drinks in his hand and handed one to Ashley.
Carson breathed and went to the buffet. He got a cup and filled it with the punch, knowing the punch had alcohol. He drank it down and poured another, a tear leaking out of his eye. -
''Oh, um,'' Ashley murmured, glancing at the drinks, clearing her throat. She wasn't sure if he had gotten her a drink but, her alcohol tolerance was low and caused her to get drunk far more easily than the average person. ''I-I was just thinking about a fight I had with a..erm, friend,'' Ashley hesitated, twidling her fingers. ''But, I'm here to have fun,'' She said, raising her camera to take a quick picture of Jake. Giggling as she looked at the rather good picture of Jake.
-
Jake smiled. "Well, let's forget about the world tonight." Jake smiled, holding her hand.
About ten minutes later, Carson was waisted. "Iiiiiiii'm Soooo soorrrryyy Jamsie!!! Yyyyoooouu were onlyyyy tryyiiiing to heeelp." Carson slurred, hugging his friend. "Carson, are you gay?" James laughed. "How long were you waiting to say that?" Curtis chuckled. James grinned. "Long enough. Hey! I got a crazy idea!" He cheered, grinning at Carson who was dancing pretty well for a drunk.
