"Is he gone?" Derek asked, watching Laura sit on his bed from the corner of his eye.

"Yep" Archaios said as his ears twitching

"Great! Sorry about that tension. Logan has trust issues with me because I used to work with my parents. And they were super villains. He had a crush on my sister, even when she was a villain. Eventually he convinced my sister to join the X-Men. And Matilda convinced me." Derek explained. "So I often act emotionless around him." Derek added, frowning. "It's... Easier that way." He concluded. Laura blinked and tilted her head at Derek.

Archaios tilted his head in thought "thats understandable" he said with faint smile

"You're Laura right? Logan's named after your father isn't he?" Derek asked. Laura nodded. "I'm sorry about your loss. That must have been hard for you." Derek told her. "It's okay. I'm just trying to find out what's important now." Laura replied, blushing as she smiled at Archaios. "Ahh. I see." Derek replied, smiling and turning to his computer.

Archaios blushed slightly when she smiled at him and pulled out a rubix cube to play with

"I love those. Rubix cubes. My sister likes to take them apart, switch one piece, and put it back together to make them unsolvable. Then watch people try." Derek told Archaios. Laura smirked and rolled her eyes. "I like to turn the volume up on the mansions television whenever Chana's watching it. And muting it when Livia's watching it." Derek told them with a smirk.
"So my sister likes to get under people's skin. And I like to make people jump out of their skin. When it comes to pranks... I mean." Derek told them. Laura laughed.
"The true difference between a Griffinder and a Slyverin... Is that when a Griffinders angry, they'll have pleasure in slamming the door when they storm out. But when A Slytherin is angry, they storm out of the room with pleasure that they made you get up to close it." A girl with short silver hair told them as she entered. "Precisely." Derek replied, clearly trying hard not to look at the girl that walked in. -
Archaios giggled softly and his tail waved as he looked at the new person, tucking his rubix cube away as he asked "whobare you?

"I'm Thunder." The girl answered. "Her names really Chelsea." Laura told Archaios. "Laura? Long time no see! How have you been?" Chelsea asked. "Good. I like your costume." Laura replied. Chelsea was wearing a grey crop top, black mini skirt, black tiara, white leggings, and black boots. She also wore a short leather jacket that could turn into a cloak. Her eyes were a bright sharp blue, which was very noticeable considering the co,or scheme of her outfit which complimented her silver hair. If her skin wasn't brown she would look like a ghost.
"W-what do you want Chelsea?" Derek asked, his voice not sounding as monotone. "I was wondering if you could hack Livia's intercom. I suspect her of stealing my jewelry box. And she blocked me from her com." Chelsea explained. "Uh... Sure! Of course!" Derek replied, still trying not to look at her as he got to work. -
Archaios nodded slightly and tgen looked back over at Derek in confusion

Once he got in, Livia's voice was heard. "Who wears black nail polish? Common, I mean seriously. And no glitter!?! Thunder has no sense of style." Livia was saying. "Ooh! A necklace! This is pretty! Oh! What's this? Aw... A diary!" Livia cheered. Thunder blinked and quickly turned off Derek's computer. He would have normally gotten mad at that. But he understood.
"Well... You've been a big help! Thanks Derek!" Chelsea cheered. "No problem." Derek replied, still trying not to look at her. "Well... I gotta go. Let's catch up some time Laura!" She cheered before running off. "I'm sorry!!!" Livia screamed, running down the hall. -
Archaios started laughing when he heard the screaming before he looked at Laura "can we go explore now?

"Sure." Laura replied. "I'm gonna show Archaios the mansion. Have fun Derek." Laura to,d Derek who was restarting his computer. "Okay then. See you later." Derek replied, his voice returning to monotone now that Chelsea was gone.

Archaios smiled faintly and rolled out of the room

"I wonder why Derek was keeping his eye contact away from Chelsea. He normally looks to the person he talks to. Unless he doesn't like that person. But the last time I called the mansion, Derek would only relate to Chelsea." Laura told Archaios. She used to call Logan on video chat on special occasions at the Mexican Mansion. So that the X-men could stay in contact.
