"So do you want to stay here?" Logan asked. After a moment of thinking, Laura answered. "My fathers legacy lasted for ten years after he died. It can wait another month." Laura replied, smiling.

Archaios looked at her in surprise

"Okay. Archaios, I found one of my grandfathers electric wheel chairs. You can use it to get around the mansion. I don't want you to move too much because some of your bones and nerves are missing from the gunk. That's why you need to stay here to heal." Logan told Archaios as Cassidy carried in the wheel chair. Laura smiled. It gave her great comfort to see something from her grandfather.

Archaios frowned slightly and then nodded slightly "ok" he said softly before he looked at the wheel chair curiously

Cassidy helped lift Archaios into the wheel chair. Logan taught Archaios how to control it.

Archaios smiled faintly as he listened to lagan and nodded in understanding as he tail curled in his lap

"I'll be back to show you your room later." Logan told Archaios before he left to deal with a problem in the mansions bathroom. Cassidy left to do some errands. Laura smiled and studied Archaios. She turned to hide her blushing and began to make the bed Archaios had slept in the night before.

Laura remembered the night before. She wondered what exactly happened between them. The memory was a bit blurry. But she remembered the intensity. If Archaios hadn't transformed, they would have gone further... Laura frowned. That flute was very dangerous. Maybe she should work with the American X-men to get it in containment.

Archaios looked away with a faint blush when he realised he was staring

Laura sighed. "Should... Should we talk?" She asked, sitting on the bed and blushing as she got herself to look at him. She wasn't sure what to do in this situation...

Archaios shrugged slightly and didnt look at her, still blushing faintly

Laura blushed when she saw him blush. "I'm sorry... I... I'm sorry I didn't get us out of there. Me and Karen used to be friends in Mexico. And eventually I found out she had a crush on me... I had reasoned with her to join the X-men. Turns out she only joined because she wanted us to be closer. She must have followed me. She must have found out about you and decided to get revenge on me. She... She found my weakness... And you got hurt because of that." Laura told him.
"I thought I would be able to reason with her. I didn't know at the time that she was purposely after me." Laura sighed. "Also... I'm sorry about whatever happened between us when... When she played the flute. I... I tried to keep under control... I'm able to keep the rage instinct in control... But... Like I said... She found my weakness..." Laura sighed. She knew she was giving away a few secrets. But it was already clear how they felt about each other... -
Archaios's tail twitched nervously and he said "you dont need to be sorry"

"I got you hurt. I almost got you killed." Laura replied with a frown. "My whole life I've wanted love... My father died when he finally loved me. My grandfather died from his love of my father. Because it was a clone of my father that killed him. Love... Love is wonderful. And it's something I've searched for my entire life." She told Archaios. "But... My father... And me... We... We can only know rage and tragedy... I was created as a weapon... And a weapon... Cannot... A weapon can't have love..." Laura rambled, tears rolling down her cheeks.
