The man grew fur and pointed ears. He grew fangs and his nails turned sharp. His jaw and snout joined and grew a bit as his nose went more complex. "Wow. You're even more ugly now!" Laura joked, dodging his charge at her with a cart wheel before pouncing onto him. She stuck her claws into his shoulders in order to hang on to him.

Archaios looked around as he walked before he found the road Laura had been talking about. He stopped and thought for abit before he closed his eyes to use his shape shifting ability, diciding it would be safer to travel in tge form of an animal even if it left him weakened afterwards

The man tried to throw her off as he roared in pain. One of Laura's fist fell loose so she stabbed it through his lounges and heart. He gasped for breath as he thrusted his arms back and grabbed her. He threw Laura off and fell on his hands and knees. He coughed out blood as he tried to heal himself.

Archaios bit his lip as he changed in to a small griffin, opening his eyes and looking around before he took flight

Laura figured that she had slowed him down enough. Just in case, she took her gun out of her car and shot him with it. Once he fell, Laura ran to retrieve the bullet. She only made a few of them and they were painful to make. She put it back in the gun and put the gun back in her car. The helicopter retreated as she drove away.

Archaios looked around as he flew, diving in to tge trees when he saw the helicopter. He landed in some bushes and waited to see if he had been seen

Laura arrived at the planned meeting place and decided she should clean the blood off her claws. Once her hands were clean she unlocked the doors. She watched the helicopter fly to the city and frowned. Where was Archaios? -

Archaios sighed and then he took flight again, managing to find the meeting place. He screeched when he saw the truck and landed on top of it, but due to only being the size of a medium sized dog he didnt damage the truck -
Laura heard something land on the truck. She hesitated before opening the sun roof. She hoped it was Archaios as she held onto the door handle.

Arvhaios slipped inside and churred at her as he curled in on the seat

Laura closed the sky window before driving off. She pulled back onto the highway and turned the radio on. "Um... I'm sorry about pushing you out..." She told him, watching the road as she blushed and frowned.

He cooed softly and poked her hand with his beak before hidibg under his wings

Laura's face glowed pink as she heard Archaios coo. She blushed wildly and turned to him as she felt him poke her hand. She felt an odd feeling race up her arm causing her heart to beat as she blushed wildly. She saw that Archaios was hidden and sighed in relief as her blush calmed down. She was glad he didn't see her blush.

Archaios uncurled and roled on to his bacn, stretching out before he squacked as he slid iff tge seat

Laura giggled at him, returning her attention to the road as she blushed. They arrived to a town so Laura decided they should book a hotel room then get some dinner.
