Riley blinked. She wondered if they noticed her blushing and felt a little worried. "I hope you like your breakfast." She told them, pretending to ignore Corki as she left and locked the door.

Genesis sighed and he ate an apple before going back to reading

"So what was so funny?" Kendra asked Genesis and Corki. Riley listened to their conversation through the vent in her room. She brushed her hair and played around with it as she listened.

Genesis smirked "oh nothing~

"Nothing." Corki said, and laid back on the floor.

Riley sighed with relief. Perhaps it was a private joke. She layed down on her bed and read a book.

"Okay... So what should we do now?" Kendra asked.

"I don't know." Corki said, "We're stuck here, the best thing to do is escape."

Riley heard the word. Escape. She had read it in her books many times. And knew what it meant. Why would they want to escape? Was she being a bad host?
Kendra nodded. "But if we do escape, how can we get anywhere? We have no money. And we're in the middle of no where. The door is locked and there are no windows." Kendra replied. -
(No windows?! There literally dying in there!!)
Corki sighed, "Whatever" -
(They have lights. And vents for air conditioning.)

(Oh, phew!)

Riley wondered what to do. This was her first opportunity for friends. She sighed. Maybe it was... Just her. She started crying, forgetting that the vent worked both ways.
Kendra could hear crying and looked up to see it was coming from a vent. "I think she can hear us." Kendra told Corki. She didn't know why, but she felt a little Guilty.
