"Oh, please." Corki said, resting her head on her hands. She felt a little sorry ,but she didn't want to show.

Kendra was going to say something, but didn't want to seam naive and thoughtless... She sighed and twiddled her thumbs, listening as the crying slowly stopped.
Riley wiped her eyes. 'Grow up! No wonder they want to leave. You're a big baby!' She thought to herself. She decided to pretend like she didn't hear the conversation and enetered the room. "You guys want to play a board game?" She asked as she felt the thin tear stains dry off. -
"What board game?" She asked.

"The game of Life. I bought it yesterday. If you want to play something else I have some in my room." She answered. "Can we see what else is there?" Kendra asked. "Sure!" Riley cheered. She left the room, forgetting to lock the door because she was excited. "I knew she would do that!" Kendra cheered, grabbing Genesis and Corki before running out the door. They ran down the stairs, and Rileys father was there, standing at the bottom.

Riley's father grabbed the kids and carried them up the stairs. "Riley!" He yelled. Riley came out with a stack of board games and even card games in her arms. She dropped them and went pale when she saw they got out. "I gave you one job! Lock the door!" He yelled, tossing them in. Kendra landed on her arm and groaned from the shock of hitting the floor. Then he locked the door and harsh shouting was heard from the other room. Riley didn't understand half the words her father used. Police, jail, prison, charge.

Genesis growled and then he punched the door in rage

Corki groaned and kicked the wall, "Why did you drag us down there just like that Kendra!?! You could've thought about it before you made a freaking move!! What the hell is wrong with you?!" She yelled, still kicking the wall with her foot, it was hurting her but she didn't care, she was so mad.

"Yeah!?! Well, it was spring of the moment!" Kendra yelled. "It was a one chance opportunity! You're the one who said we should escape! And I don't see you coming up with ideas!" Kendra yelled. The door opened and Riley's father came in. He grabbed Kendra, knowing it was her idea, and threw her gains the wall. He shouted so loud, that all she heard was a bunch of swears and the words "You keep your mouth shut from now on!" Before he left.
Meanwhile, Riley cried an her bed as her father slammed the door. She heard the door open and could hear her father's yelling in the other room. She blinked and grabbed her phone. She never bothered to do this before, but she searched up all the words she hadn't heard of till now. Including Kidnap. She dropped her phone and viewed her life with the new knowledge of these words. And she couldn't bare to believe it as she heard a door slam and lock, then her father stomping down the stairs. She had to do something... but she'd wait until things cooled down. -

"It wasn't her idea!!! It was my idea!! You idiot!!" Corki screamed at Riley's dad.

Riley's dad ignored her as he stomped down the stairs. "I'm sorry..." Kendra whimpered, crying. Riley sighed. She tried to open her door, but it was locked. "Are... Are you guess okay?" She asked through the vent.

"Oh, I'm sorry." Corki mimicked Kendra, ignoring Riley's question.
"All my life I've been living in hell, my dad died in a plane crash!! And my life has been total hell, now I get to spend time with my mom, and I just wanted to explore the streets before we leave for China!! Then I ended up here! In this total mess! And when we get the chance to leave!! You ruin everything!!" She yelled at the top of her lungs (yes! Drama begins now!), crying. -
"Oh, okay." Kendra replied, pretending that Corki wasn't being a total jerk. "What was your plain then?" She asked.
