C1 is a Cop working on a strange case. Basically, some one is going around kidnapping children and murdering their family's at least once a month for almost three years. When c1 finally get a break though in the case, they find out that all of the children being kidnapped are being used as experiments by a mad man by the name hojo. C1 and a few other cops manage to track down hojos lab and they raid the lab, capturing hojo and rescuing the few surviving children. Because the children find have a place to got some of the cops, including c1 take them in. This is how c1 meets c2, one of the children

Looks- long messy brown hair and red ish eyes. He has large black feathered wings and a long reptilian tail. He has small wolf ears on top of his head
Personlity- he can be aggressive when frightened but otherwise he is rather calm.

Looks - short black hair and uneven bangs. Very skinny because she's so active but she loves to eat, which keeps it even. Fair caramel skin and dark green eyes
Personality - Untrusting but if she likes you she can be very nice. Able to be your best friend or worst enemy
Other - wears black boots most of the time. Leather jacket. She has recently become a cop but is already one of the best and knows how to shoot a gun. Very cool and laid back when she isn't in cop mode. -
