She glanced at Shadow and put her paws on her head. "I-I had this dream a-and..." She muttered. She blushed red all over her face.

Shadow blinked slowly

"I-It's because of the full moon," she said.

Shadow hummed and looked up at the moon

Kate closed her eyes agian. 'I'm never gonna have a lover,' she smiled.

She looked up at Shadow. "Did you even ever had a lover?" She asked, half talking to herself.

He shook his head

Kate tilted her head. "Why? Is it because you've been trapped in there for your whole life?" She asked.

Shadow shook his head "no, I just don't like very many people

Kate stopped blushing and walked up to him, "You...don't have any friends or family?"

He shook his head again "other then you, no

Kate smiled. "I'm glad you care about me," she said. "Because I care about you."

Shadow blushed

Kate purred at him. She jumped up and landed on a rock. She jumped up to a branch in a tree. She looked up at the full moon and smiled at it. "I may never have a lover," she said, quietly, not meaning for Shadow to hear it, "but at least I love someone."
