Her eyes glanced from star to star. She sighed happily.

Shadow hummed

Kate looked over at Shadow and smiled. She turned to her human form and looked back at the sky agian. She sat up and pulled something out of her pocket. It was a heart necklace. She put it on, and it pushed it's way beside her collar. She laid back down and said, "Have you ever really loved someone? Like, reaaally loved-loved someone?"

Shadow hummed "no I don't think so

Kate looked at Shadow sadly. "How long have you been trapped in that cave?"

Kate looked over at Shadow and closed her eyes.

Shadow looked down

She opened her eyes agian and turned to her cat self. She curled up beside Shadow and fell asleep.

In Kate's dreams, she was standing beside Shadow. Kate glanced at Shadow and whispered, "Shadow?" Shadow turned to her and smiled. His face suddenly got close to hers, Shadow taking her hand. Kate blushed and blinked. Shadow smiled, and then Kate woke up. "Aw, man!" She cursed.

Kate shut her eyes and flattened her ears. She then blushed hot-red. "Ugh! I hate it when my dreams do that!" She growled, anoyed.
