Kate smiled. She jumped up onto a rock, coming face-to-face with Shadow. "Hi," she said playfully.

She touched her nose to his for a second, then jumped down and started running. "Catch me if you can!" She called.

Kate kept running. When she got close to the Love Ring she stopped.

Shadow pounced her

Kate felt Shadow pounce on her and flip her over. Kate now had her back faced to the ground. Kate giggled and touched noses with Shadow.

"Haha! You win!" She giggled. She opened her eyes, the moon making them shine in the dark forest.

Kate licked his cheek and put a paw on his shoulder.

Kate smiled and slipped underneath him and slipped under his wing. She laid down, licking her paw, smiling. She stopped and flipped over, her back facing the ground. She looked at the stars. "Isn't it pretty tonight?" She asked.
