Thread Topic: Soap?

Merlin followed after him and stumbled a bit as her vision blurred again. She tripped and slid her hand against the wall and the stood up straight again as her vision went back.

Joseph said "Are you sure you're okay?"

Merlin shook her head, "Y-Yeah I'm fine." She said and faked a smile.

Joseph had a worried look on his face again. At supper he felt so guilty he barley touched his food. His dad said "It's not your fault son. You never saw the arrow coming, there was nothing you could do."

Merlin stood there awkwardly, she stared at the ground. She tucked a piece of hair behind her ear.

Joseph just sat there slowly and quietly. His dad put his hand on Joseph's shoulder and said "Just relax. Tomorrow is another day."

Merlin watched them and then looked down again, her eyesight blurred again and her head throbbed, her put her hand against her forehead. She made a small noise as her shoulder started to sting and throb.

Joseph finished his meal and decided to go to his room.

Merlin followed after Joseph, she stumbled quite a bit and was pretty slow. Sweat started beading down her neck, and her head and the wound started throbbing again. She started coughing she looked at her hand and their was a bit of blood on her hand, "J-Joseph..." She started, "I-I think I-I'm going to h-head home now, t-that's fine right?" She asked and coughed more trying to to get blood any where but her hand but failed and then started to walk away.

Joseph said "You can't go home now. The doctor needs to see this."

Merlin whipped her lip off and turned to him and smiled, "I-I'll be fine, ill just go home and rest." She said the continued to walk away.

Joseph said "Merlin please, for my sake. At lease bring one of the nurses home. I want to make sure you're okay."

Merlin frowned slightly, "I'll be fine Joseph..." She said his name very quietly, "Don't worry about me please, just go rest... I'll be here to wake you in the morning." She said lamely and continued walking.

Joseph watched her leave, Still concerned about her safety, he ordered a nurse to go to Merlin's house with a paper saying she can't throw her out.

As soon as Merlin left the castle she started running as fast as she could which wasn't too fast. She took the shortcut back to her house, she slammed into the tavern. She started coughing up blood trying to hide it, "Merlin?" The man was disturbed from his bartending, he was obviously way older that her and he had dirty blonde hair and held a massively concerned look on his face. He grabbed her before she fell on the ground, most of the bar was looking but only a few actually seemed genuinely concerned. "Jer, its fine... I-I'm fine I just need to sleep." She said through her coughing,
"Yeah, Merlin you take a nap, you're not waking up." He said moving her to the back, he grabbed one of the 'usuals' by the shirt, "No one comes in the back, I mean no one. Even if the king himself marches in here, nothing." He said the other guy nodded and he harried her down into the basement and laid her down on a makeshift bed in the locked room, he locked it up again and turned back to her, "What happened?"
"A-Arrow." She barley managed, he turned and started mixing random things in a bowl that she couldn't see.
"It has magic on it, its poised, you should be dead already Merlin." Her laugh was weak.
"Aren't we lucky I'm special?" She asked choking,
"Calm down Merlin, this'll hurt, get ready."
