Joseph walked out of the room with a worried look on his face. He didn't want to see anyone in pain.

Merlin looked around and snuck out after him.

Joseph just sat on his throne, sulking. Somehow he believed this was his fault.

Merlin stood beside him, "A-Are you okay?" She whispered.

Joseph said "No. This is my fault. If I had seen the arrow I would have done something, and you wouldn't have been hurt."

Merlin frowned slightly, "Its fine... Don't worry about it." She said quietly.

Joseph said "I'm just wondering who even shot the arrow. If we find them they'll be sorry they ever met me."

"Don't worry about it..." She said quietly.

Joseph continued to sit at his throne, feeling guilty of what happened.

"Do you know how uncomfortable it is in there?" Merlin asked referring to the doctors room, "Very... Its really awkward." She said getting quieter and quieter.

Joseph said "I know the medic room beds aren't that comfortable but I still feel that maybe you should rest."

Merlin chuckled and her vision blurred a bit, "I'm fine..." She said, "No rest needed."

Joseph was still worried but he had things to do. He had to approve or disapprove several different reforms.

Merlin stood there now in silence.

After two hours, Joseph finished the reforms and started to walk to the dining hall for supper.
