Harry was in his seat smiling smugly, as the two nations went at it. It was a minute before, out of the blue, those both just stopped, and looked rather confused about the fact that they were even fighting in the first place. They looked over, though, when Hell stood up, his eyes black, pointing a finger at Vatican City, who had started praying again and wouldn't stop. "I will damn your entire city to hell, I swear."
-
Heaven couldn't help but chuckle a little at Harry's aggravation at Vatican City. He found it ridiculous how easily mad Hell got. It amused him to watch. At this point, he couldn't keep his mouth shut, "You know, threatening other people to Hell doesn't get you out of Hell." He stated, laughing a little. Cassiel was relatively light-hearted, loving to laugh about everything and having a generally happy attitude. Cassiel was always very sweet, kind, loving and optimistic. That hadn't changed over the years. He would help anyone who asked for his aid.
-
Already having a headache from Vatican City's insistence to annoy him, Harry didn't feel much better with what Heaven said. "I'm not trying to get out of it, I just want this thing stuck in there too." America, across the room, started to say something, but the expression on Hell's face silenced him. "Cassiel. I believe this little pope-looking guy belongs to you. Please shut him up."
-
Cassiel smirked, "Hey, right here, right now it's Heaven. You know that. Don't be a child. And why should I shut him up? It amuses me to see you aggravated." He sat back, letting his feet stay flat on the floor, gently tapping his foot a little. Heaven was still a little anxious, wondering to himself how long this meeting would last. It was always different in the past, so there was no telling how long this one would range. He began to get into some deep thoughts, reflecting on himself and how he could improve. This wasn't uncommon for him. He was always striving for perfection. He wanted to be perfect. As long as he wasn't, it would bother him.
-
Harry ran his hands through his hair, practically pulling it out. "Oh my god, Cassiel, please," he begged, sitting back down on the chair and putting his forehead on the table. "I'm going to puke up my guts if he doesn't shut up." Of course, he was being over dramatic, but it was his natural response to things. He couldn't really handle the fact that he'd be stuck in this room for much longer, let alone for the next day as well.
-
Cassiel was silent for a moment, as if he was thinking. Then he completely changed the subject, "Hey, why do we always sit across from each other? Is there like a rule about that or something..?" He didn't mean to change the subject, but his mind had wandered to that fact. Even if they decided not to sit across from each other, it's not like the other nations would do anything about it. They were too afraid of them both. So, really, rules didn't apply to Heaven. Basically he was allowed to do what he wanted, no matter what that might be.
-
Harry was not happy when the subject was changed at all. "I don't know. I haven't seen a list of rules for us, that's just where they put our seats. Now would you please--" Vatican City finally shut up, then, apparently having decided he'd cause Harry enough annoyance. Hell sighed, sitting up with his arms crossed. "Why are you so terrible today?" He asked, looking at Cassiel. He'd seemed a little more willing to bother Hell, and a little less hateful of conflict.
-
"Meh," Heaven shrugged, "Just how I woke up I guess. I was rather..annoyed this morning." Cassiel shuddered a little at the thought. Those angels were such annoyances. They seemed to find joy in bothering him, and it often set the tone for his mood. Rarely, though, he let it get to him. Apparently today it was apparent his mood was a little off. His mind then wandered to how thirsty he was, and hungry as well.
-
The nations had gone back to chattering, quietly now, about their national debts to each other. Harry rolled his eyes at Cassiel, wondering how heaven could get annoyed. And wishing that he knew it so he could try it out. "That's dandy. Well, I'm bored," he announced, standing up. "I'm going to go do some exploring." He straightened his suit jacket, unbuttoned it, and tucked his hands in his pockets. "Care to join me?"
-
"I suppose." Cassiel stood. "I don't trust you on your own, anyways." He said, narrowing his eyes a little. He fixed his sleeves, which had wrinkled up a little. Also, he fixed his pant legs, as they were pushed up a bit, exposing some of his ankle. He was careful not to get any dirt or anything of that matter on his pure white suit- as it was very important to him. If it ever got even the smallest smudge on it, it would be tragic. Heaven wouldn't have a very nice day at all if it got the slightest bit worn looking. It was no secret Cassiel was quite emotional as it was- very sentimental and compassionate. He related to others quite well, and was very forgiving. But if anyone damaged his precious suit- his angry side would come out. And Heaven wasn't very forgiving when he got angry. He was like a storm, quietly coming with a warning. But when the storm arrived, houses would be tipped over, flooding would happen, and people's lives could very well be at stake.
-
"Fair enough," Harry shrugged. Honestly, if he were to himself on Earth, he'd probably cause more than a bit of havoc. With a smile, he waved goodbye to the nations, and strolled on out. Something else he loved about being on land was the temperature- it was always quite warm, compared to Hell. Even in the winter it was warmer up here than down there. Right then, it was 90 degrees out in New York, practically searing for the Hellish nation.
-
Heaven followed Hell, silently. He was in a deep thought process- his mind had wandered to some serious topics. Well, questionable ones, anyways. It always astounded him how imperfect and disobident humans were. In Heaven, everything was perfect. Although it could be chaotic, it made life interesting. Fights were rare, and were resolved quickly. And when they were resolved, everyone learned a lesson. In Heaven, any information about anything could be accessed with a wave of the finger. Anything you wanted to know was given to you. Your biggest desires were given to you. He wondered why humans couldn't get along. Didn't they know they could live a better life if they tried? Cassiel walked a little bit faster after he was done thinking, catching up with Harry.
-
Harry was doing his own thinking, about how nice it would be if he could stay topside. Decent weather, endless number of humans to pick on, it would be pretty great. He wouldn't be able to, though. There was to much to be done in Hell. When Cassiel caught up to him, he turned to look the Heavenly figure up and down, sort of envying him. He seemed genuinely happy, all of the time. "Cassieeel, you are quite the interesting person."
-
"How am I interesting?" Cassiel questioned, turning his head to a weird angle. He pursed his lips a little. In the bright sun, his face had turned a little pink and his bright blonde hair shimmered. He really looked like an angel- innocent blue eyes and all. His aura was bright and sent of a wave of innocent perfection. He couldn't help it. On Earth, it wasn't uncommon for people to look at him, staring even. He was a beautiful being- that was true. But he didn't belong anywhere near human's eyes.
-
When Cassiel looked back at him, Harry stared at the innocent baby face the other gave off. "First off, that. You're glowing, you're literally glowing. Second off, you're usually pretty kind and generous and whatnot, but whenever you want, you can just be grumpy for a while. I can't do that. I would honestly rather die than be some selfless thing. You're pretty hot, too, but that mught just be my gay speaking."
