"Oh great. We're all here." Efina sighed, glancing around at everyone.
"So, what the hell happened? Where are we?" She asked, not noticing anyone else.

Life nodded "I'm fine with that." He replied, wanting to get out as soon as possible. His books needed him, and these people bothered him.

With a groan, Randlee stood up. He looked around, chewing on his bottom lip. "Not sure. And by not sure, I mean I have no clue at all. But I don't think were at the campsite anymore.." He mumbled, brushing sand off of his shorts and tank top.
Little Red's hand shot up with a smirk. "I second that." She would do anything to get out of this boring ass meeting and go socialize with someone, anyone. -

"To be honest, Efi, I'm not sure." Adrianna watched Charlie go over to Nick. No one had answered her question, well, except for Randlee. Now standing, she hurried over to Randlee's side, gazing out at the waters. "Maybe we ARE dead.. Maybe that was a portal to heaven. Or hell. God, did we die at the lake? What if we've been dead and this is a trial? Ahh, man, I've watched too much science fiction crap. I can't wrap my head around this. I just know the lake pulled me down and.. Boom. I was here."
"I fourth that," Damien said, corrected Little Red who was third on the notion. He wasn't going to argue with the tall dude anymore, even though he knew he wanted to. But the Queen had spoken, so he would reluctantly give up. For now. His icy blue eyes swept over the table as he glared at all but her majesty. -
"Oh, don't be like that, Nick," He huffed, turning around to see that the girls who had been perched on the rocks were gone. "Isn't it odd?" He cocked his head to one side, listening. "No birds. No insects.. maybe we are dead. Oh!" The 'oh' came with him point up, above where the beach ran into the tress. A small trail of smoke was floating over what looked like pines. "Maybe there's a house? Or people? It's too warm for a fireplace, but maybe some campers have a bonfire or something. We should go check it out," He nodded to Nick, and began towards the tree line, ignoring the way his feet sunk in the sand.
Rai sighed, but nodded to his queen, holding out an arm to her as she stood. She took it, smiling at him. "Dismissed. Um, there's food in the parlor, I believe, if any of you are hungry. I think I'm going to retire to my room. Rai?" With a small nod to the others, the man lead her from the room. -
Efina rolled her eyes. "Excuuuse me, princess." She stuck out het tongue, then glanced up at the smoke.
"Next time our friends are drowning I won't alert you to the fact." She joked, then got up, and started to follow the smoke as well.

Life decided it wouldn't hurt to get something to eat. As he stood, he took a quick look at the others, then sped out of the room, creating his own little whirlwind where he had been.
The faster he was, the less he had to talk. -
Randlee, already standing, starting to make his way towards the source of the smoke as well. He huffed, kicking hot sand as he walked. "..There better be some sort of ball around this place or I ain't gonna last for very much longer." He was almost never seen without his soccerball, hell, if he could he would marry the damn thing. Sports was his life, and he literally would not be able to live without some sort of physical acitivity involving a ball.

Little Red quickly stood up, flattening her dress and fixing the long cape that draped behind her. She wasen't wearing her hood up at the moment. She rolled her eyes when Life sped away, muttering some unkind words under her breath about him. She sighed and started her way to the parlor as well -

Adrianna frowned as everyone took off towards some silly smoke without questioning. She rocked on her heels, looking back to the waters. "What if those aren't campers? What if.. We aren't.." She trailed off when she realized everyone was already too far to hear her. Upset, she ran after them, falling silent. So many worse-case scenarios were floating through her head. A lot of them started with 'what if'. But there were more important things than the possibility of them walking to their deaths, of course. Like the fact she was.. Wet. "Hey, guys? My clothes are all on you. I declare everyone owes me five bucks, no arguments. Yeah?"
Damien stood, shoving his hands in his pockets. He wasn't in the mood to go eat food with the others. Sure, he was hungry, but companionship wasn't his forte. Unless it was in a more secure, enclosed area with only one other person. The elf was the last to trudge out of the room. Annoyed, he looked to where the only girl- Red or something, was it?- was going. For a second, he considered going. But he wasn't in a flirting mood. He decided to leave the complex completely to go take a walk. -

(I suppose you could, but I have to clear it with the others. As long as you read through it to figure out what's going on, and you post when you're supposed to and all that other crap, yeah sure)

"Nope," Charlie responded, grinning at them right before he merged into the tree line. The trees themselves were very tall, and there was plenty of space to walk between them. Many of the trunks were covered in whirling vines, with little flower buds that looked ready to bloom. The forest, much like the beach, seemed to be void of all life. No birds, no insects, no little rabbits or snakes. Charlie was grateful for the last one- He hated snakes.
The boy stopped looking to see if his friends were following him. He marked his path by kicking what looked like pine straw out of the way so that it would be clear where he had gone. Of course, he hadn't counted on the pine straw moving back together after he was ahead of it.
After returning her highness to her room, Rai ended up heading to the parlor to see if anyone would come with him to do a quick ride around the castle walls. Checking entries and stuff, getting updates from others. He was about to do this until a man stopped him in the hall.
"Sir Kyrai," He began, bowing even though it wasn't needed. "A number of creatures have came out of the lake, Faire? It's not far from here, just-"
"Yes, I know Lake Faire. What's the issue?"
"They're.. They're human, sir. The demons may have sent them to attack us."
