She smiled back at him and yawned lightly, snuggling close to him. Even if he was a giant lizard, doesn't meant he wasn't warm, but now wasn't the time to think about it. "I'll tell you about it tomorrow okay?" She yawned again. "I'm just tired right now..." she closed her eyes for a moment and fell asleep quickly, just snuggled up to him.

He tensed for a moment, but slowly relaxed as she fell asleep. What was this? What was she doing? He could safely say that he'd never experienced something like this; this was a level of trust high enough that one could become completely unconscious in the presence of another. Blink wasn't sure if he moved that night, but he definitely couldn't sleep.

She slept peacefully until morning, her alarm clock blared slightly and she shot up in alarm, but soon calmed down. She blinked and glanced over to see Blink was still in the bed, causing her to blush lightly and groaned. "Ugh...I'm sorry I kept you in here." She rubbed her eye gently and got up off her bed, but now she wondered how she would get him out of the room, because she really needed to get dressed into her suit...

He must have slept a little, because he woke up to Sadie's voice. Blink watched her for a moment, then remembered his bracelet. It had to be charged by now. Excited, he leapt from the bed and headed down the hallway to retrieve it. He was sick of not being understood. When he grabbed it from the windowsill, he slipped it back on and went to find the new clothes from the day before.

She blinked slightly when he zoomed past her, but she then started to focus on getting dressed. She grabbed a clean suit and slipped it on slowly, being careful about putting it on and she zipped it up in the back. She then walked out of her room and combed her hair and brushed her teeth. Then she walked out to the living room and sat down.

He found them, but decided not to transform back yet. After all, he had the entire day. Blink walked over to the counter and examined the package sitting there. "What's this?" he asked, his voice a bit rough from not speaking the entire evening. He smiled at Sadie, curious about why she hadn't opened it.

She blinked and her eyes widened. "Blink, put that down now." She rushed over and snatched it from him quickly. The package was probably things to make his species go nuts. She would have to open it at some point, but not when he's around. "It's from work. When they found your ship they probably thought you were hostile so..."

"I'm just curious," he replied, trying to take it back to open it. If it had to do with him, then he wanted to know about it. Eventually he gave up, a bit distracted by something she'd said. Now he was curious about something different entirely. "Work. What's your work like? Do you like it?" -

She stopped and looked up at him. "They took me out of college because of my IQ pointage. I was close to graduating early at 17 in an advanced degree for some type of science thing I don't remember. I like the job yes, but it's not the job I wanted." She placed the box down and tapped her watch, making a holo knife appear out of it and cut the package open, showing papers she'd burn later. -

He looked through the papers, somewhat interested. Part of him wanted to read through them, but he knew the information would be inaccurate, especially if it related to his species. He listened to her with a fascinated expression. It was convenient that she worked with other aliens, and perhaps, if they were aware of his species, he could meet them and reclaim the honor that a reptile like himself should've carried. "Are there others like me?" -

She blinked. "What do you mean by that?" She leaned back against the arm of the couch and tilted her head at him. She reached her hand out for the papers back, wondering if he could correct anything on the papers. Then she glanced at a clock, she'd have to leave soon. -
Blink handed back the papers. He tried not to acknowledge the fact that his claws had left tiny tears and punctures on some of the pages. He really needed to dull his claws. "Others who aren't... from here? Are they kind to you?" His tail swished back and forth as he waited for the answer, his curiosity now piqued.

She thought for a moment. "Yes, there are a few other aliens actually on the planet, a few groups live in this city, but really the hostile ones are the only problems, I have a few scars from almost being mauled by a few." She laughed, like it was partially a joke to her. "But to tell the truth the aliens like me because I'm nice to them. Not hostile like my coworkers." She stood up and placed the papers on a small coffee table. "I have to go Blink, remember don't open the door for anyone, but me and don't snoop in my room." She smiled at him and soon was out the door.
