i regret nothiiing except that that photo now takes up storage on my phone xD)
Antonio took Maira's trunk in his hand, and led the way to the door. He opened it so that all three of them could step out, and then shut it behind them. "Do you mind getting wet? Giving her a bath is more like going swimming." -
that shouldn't be a regret that's awesome XD)
Lovino sighed, silently mourning his rather expensive shirt, but he nodded. "It's fine. I can handle a little water." he insisted stubbornly, following Antonio closely. -
it looks so silly though xD)
"Okay," Antonio said, giggling at Lovino's stubborn tone. He walked towards the river, until they were right next to it. It was very clean and clear, and not too deep, only about up to their chests. He let Maira go in first, and she stepped in, trumpeting at the cold water but continuing in. -
silly in the best way, though. that's a masterpiece cx)
Lovino squealed and jumped behind Antonio to avoid a spray of cold water that splashed up when Maira stepped in. He stepped back out a minute later, blushing. "Not a word about that ever again." he demanded, examining his clothes for possible wet spots. -
Antonio, of course, was pretty wet, and when he looked over to see Lovino all dry he scoffed. "Lovino, you big scaredy cat! Come on, let's get in the wateeer." He stripped off his shirt, tossing it aside, and then rushed into the water. Maira was already getting quite wet, by spraying herself with her trunk.

"I'm not scared, you b------!" Lovino yelled, irritated. To prove so, he carefully unbuttoned his own shirt and set it on a stone by the riverbank. He waded into the water up to his waist, shivering at the cold. "See, I'm not-" he was cut off when he slipped on the squishy river bottom, falling under with a startled yelp.

Antonio giggled, facing Marira and watching her bathe until he heard Lovino's speech abruptly cut off. He turned around, and didn't see Lovino anymore, and almost panicked, wading towards where he'd been before as fast as he could. "Lovino! Lovino," he said, while lifting the Italian up by under his shoulders. "Lovino, are you okay?"

Lovino gasped for air, shivering and sputtering. "f---ing c-cold!" he yelped. The current was strong, he'd been afraid he'd get carried away or knocked unconscious until Antonio pulled him up. He pushed his dripping bangs out of his face and huffed. "Okay, let's get this bath over with." he said, wading towards Maira.

Antonio pouted, as it seemed Lovino wasn't really having much fun. "You don't have to stay in the water if you don't want to." Maira saw Lovino, and trumpeted, moving towards him, and touching her trunk to his wet hair. -
woot woot )
Lovino sighed. "It's fine. But if I almost drown again you'd better save me." he stated firmly, patting Maira's trunk and cooing to her in Italian. -
Such accomplishment

"I did save you! But okay, I promise I'll do it again if I need to." He went up to Maira, tossing water up onto her side with his arms while she was preoccupied with Lovino. -

"Good." he huffed. Lovino did what he could to help, dipping his hand into the cold water and gently washing bits of dirt from her trunk and head. He lost his balance a few times, nearly slipping again, but managed to stay mostly upright. -
(It's so weird I mean soaping is just writing a story with another person but the fun part is like you have no idea what the heck is going to happen next like suddenly their character could crash the car or be attacked by a dinosaur and you'd never see it coming
I am so proud of us for writing this unpredictable story tbh)
Antonio looked over every few seconds to make sure Lovino was doing alright. He moved on to wash Maira's leg, all covered in dirt and hay. The elephant just kind of stood there enjoying it, as if she just loved being pampered. -
yes yeah that's what I love about it bc you honestly don't know how the other character will react

Lovino watched Antonio and followed his lead, moving on to another of her legs and starting to wash it off. The bottom there was all algae-covered rocks, and the Italian was struggling to keep steady. -

When he was finished with one leg, he moved on to one of her back ones, gently starting to wash that one as well.
