I can't read today. I tried reading divergent.. my attention is fryed.
Hazel gave her sisters hugs and looked to her mom and dad, hugging them as well. "Welcome home!" They greeted.
'-
"I'm..shocked." Richard said honestly. -
Melanie then began to help her father with cooking. "So how did it go?" he asked.
--
"How so?" Richards mother asks. -
SleepingWithVans NewbieHazel smiled and laughed, sitting down on the couch with her family. Hazel got out a guitar as Harmony sang, today. Symphony played her violin, and her parents played Viola.
--
Richard realized what he just said and sighed. He knew to cover it up he'd need a good lie, and he found that lie. "Just..how accurate the test is. No book could ever tell me that." -
Melanie shrugged.
--
"I honestly don't know... it all is based on your actions, though you could have acted differently since you were under pressure..." his mother stated. -
Hiiii
Hazel played her guitar in a fast, upbeat fashion. The rest jammed with her.
--
Richard nods, understandingly. "I suppose so." -
Hi
"Dinner will be ready soon, so if you want to go do something you can," Richard's mother says as to not remind him of the horrible test. -
Richard nodded and rushed up to his room to read. Reading always helped him escape the world.
Hazel rushed out the house after the song was done. She wiped tears from her eyes and felt a strong emotion in her chest. One she had been trained not to feel. Sadness. She sat in the middle of an empty Amity field and looked to the horizon. -
"Hey, can you get some more food from the field Melanie?" her adopted father asked. Melanie nodded with a smile. "Sure, I'll be right back," she says while heading into a field.
-
Richard decided to read an ages old romance fiction. He usually hated fiction, but not je enjoyed it.
--
Charlotte was with her friends, smiling and laughing. One suggested, "Hey, Char, wanna go get a piercing?" Charlotte laughed and ran, "yeah let's go!"
--
Hazel looked to the sun, which was about to set. This was likely her last time seeing a sunset in the Amity fields. -
Melanie came to the field and she saw Hazel. "Hi," she greeted her.
-
"Hi." Hazel said, persisting to wipe tears from her eyes.
-
"Are... you okay?" Melanie asks, her smile fading.
-
Hazel shook her head yes. "Yeah.."
-
Melanie lifted up an eyebrow as she sat next to her. "You'd never make it in Candor," she stated.
-
Hazel laughed a bit, "Good thing it wasn't my result, then."
