Woah, so you can just make em disappear? )
She flinched away when he reached out to her. "D-Don't touch me!" She pleaded, trying to move away, but her back was up against the wall of a building and she had nowhere to go. Her wings ached, she could tell they were in no condition to fly, and the rest of her body was covered in various scratches. -
Yes.)
He wasn't going to take that as an answer. He crawled over to her and heard more footsteps heading their way. He grabbed her and held her close to him, covering her mouth so she didn't make a sound as a group of men passed by the alleyway he lead them into. -
That's awesome. ^-^)
Tears formed in her eyes and she struggled against him, although she was too weak to put up much of a fight. She hated feeling so helpless. He was just like the scientists, grabbing her and handling her like it was nothing. -
Indeed it is.)
He felt the tears hit his hand and he pulled his hand away from her mouth. "I'm sorry, but it seemed like you were trying to run and hide from them..." he mumbled lightly and still held onto her gently. He didn't want to have her be upset. "You're really hurt..." -
"L-Let me go. P-Please." She said shakily. It didn't matter that he'd saved her from the scientists, he was just like the rest of them. He would find his own use for her eventually, hurting her and telling her it was for the greater good. Humans could not be trusted. She again tried to struggle out of his arms, but winced when she twisted the wrong way and pain glared up in her.
-
He saw her wince and concern washed over his face. "Look I'm going to help you...but I need to take you to my apartment. I have medical supplies there." He started to pick her up and finally got her into a position to where he could carry her to his apartment. "Just...tell me what hurts and I'll figure out what you need."
-
She gave up and went limp in his arms, scared of what he would do to her once the realization that she wasn't human hit. "Everything hurts..." She mumbled to herself. A little louder, she said "M-My wings. And my arm." She showed him her arm, which had a particularly nasty scratch. She wasn't going to turn down his help, he could heal her, but she definitely wasn't going to let her guard down. He might try to hurt her again like the others.
-
He blinked and tilted his head. "Wings...?" He shook the thought from his head and started to carry her quickly to his apartment. He glanced at her arm and winced lightly, picking up his pace to the apartment. She didn't seem to trust him, but he hoped that she would try to. He finally got to his apartment and opened the door, carefully getting her inside. He placed her gently onto the couch, not minding the blood that was getting on it. "Stay right here...I'll get the supplies." He started to walk to his bathroom. A black cat walked out of his bedroom and trotted to the living room.
-
Saphirre unfolded her wings from her back and outstretched them to examine the damage. Her left wing was bent slightly, as though it had been dislocated or even broken. The other wasn't in much better condition, though it didn't seem bent out of shape. When the cat entered she stared intently at it, infringed. She didn't have much experience with other creatures.
-
The cat tilted its head at her and meowed lightly, jumping onto the couch, curling up on the cushion. Daniel finally came back and almost dropped his supplies seeing her wings. He walked carefully into the room and looked at her wings in awe.
-
She stared at the little creature in wonder, but him come in she jumped and hurriedly tried to hide her wings behind her again. She let out a small involuntary gasp as her broken wing bent painfully. She looked at him warily, still looking nervous.
-
He panicked hearing her gasp in pain as one of her wings, which was bent awkwardly was trying to be placed back against her back. He got down and started to clean her wounds. "I'm sorry this might hurt a bit." He took her arm gently and started cleaning her wounds carefully. Of course he wanted to look at her wings again, to see if he could set it back in place.
The little cat blinked, tilting it head again and crawled over to the new girl. It nuzzled against her side and purred. -
She closed her eyes and tried not to make any noise as he cleaned the scratches. It stung slightly, but she didn't want to admit any weakness in front of the new human. When she felt a soft presence bump against her she glanced down, seeing the fuzzy creature from before. With her free arm she tentatively reached out to stroke the crature's head.
-
The cat purred happily when the girl started to pet it's head. Daniel saw she was holding in some shrieks of pain in the back of her throat and he finally started bandaging her arm. "I'll...need to look at your wing. It look broke and I could set it back in place for you."
-
She looked up at him in surprise. He didn't seem like he was going to take advantage of her or hurt her yet, and now he was offering to heal her wing? She was skeptical, but slowly turned, spreading out her wings again. She continued to pet the smaller creature with her good arm.
