He followed her, not sure what he'd encounter. Really, the fact that she was comfortable walking alone most days was a bit terrifying. He would never have gone out alone, knowing that anything awful could happen at any moment.

She locked the door, then started down the sidewalk. "So, how about you tell me about yourself now?"

"What do you want to know?" he asked, walking beside her, almost protectively.

"I don't know. Anything." She shrugged.

"Well... I had three younger sisters, and we lived with my mother. I dropped out of school when I was twelve and joined a secret rebel group. I've been in jail twice because of it, and I helped invent Dox and my glasses that broke, which double as a time machine. I happen to be fairly skilled at fighting, and when I'm not surviving, I enjoy drawing. Anything else you need to know?" The time traveler looked at her.

"..." She paused, contemplating how to respond. "You like drawing" she went with the easiest thing to talk about.

He nodded. "I find it relaxing."

"That's cool. You'll have to show me sometime."
(Brb shower time) -
He nodded. "I'd love to."

They soon approached the campus.
"Should we go to the office? Or just sneak you in through the cafeteria and pretend you belong?" She asked, only half kidding. -
"It wouldn't be the first time I've done the latter. Whichever you prefer." He stretched a bit, being entirely truthful and not catching the joke.

(If he goes to the office he'll have to give a bunch of information he really probably doesn't know but if he goes in with her like it's normal, she'll get in trouble too)

(That's really not helpful info but I'll go with the latter.:
"Might as well sneak you in. School's almost out, anyway."She shrugged, and began the short walk down the sidewalk to the door. -

He followed behind her. "Wait, Nina. If my name is weird here, shouldn't you call me something else?"
