Lexi loveheart NewbieKayla sat uncomfortably on the bus. She pulled up the hood on her hoodie and then put away the book in her bag. ' Well that was more boring than I remember.' She sat in a seat on the bus now just humming a song quietly to herself.
-
The teen grinned back and stood up. "Your welcome." While assisting the girl he didn't notice the bus showing up behind him. He pulled out his phone to check it real quick before looking up at the OTHER girl that walked over here.
He was able to hear what was said this time, after she spoke he chuckled a bit. His dark hand pulled the headphones down and on to his broad shoulders and the phone was set back in his pants pocket. "Shine our hero logo in the sky if you're endanger of falling again." -
Marcie climbed onto the bus anxiously. She blinked at the crowded veichle, quickly taking a seat towards the front.
-
Emily's smile dropped as the girl ignored her and focused on the guy. Fine. It was fine though, everything was fine. He was the hero, it was fine. Everything was fine. Shooting a confused look at the guy, Emily said, "I think everyone is always in danger of falling over, mate. It's not something you can prevent. Anyway, you two have fun, I gotta catch up with a friend."
Following her own footsteps, Emily leapt into the bus, throwing two pointer fingers at the driver. She scanned through the bus again, before spying an empty seat and sliding into it.
"Kayla, my friend, my buddy. We need to talk. About you. And possibly me. And as much I would love to talk about me, we really do need to talk about you." -
(Sorry, IHLAOY, I didn't see your post until after.)
Lynne smiled. She grabbed her bag off the ground. Hopefully nothing major got damaged. Lynne walked over to the open doors of the bus and walked inside. It looked like a regular bus. But she knew that looks could be decieving. -
Lexi loveheart Newbie"Um," Kayla shifted in her seat. "Yeah that be um grate and um b-believe me it would but who are you." She shifted over again and was thankful her bag was between them.
-
The girl left for the bus before he could give a proper response. Instead he mumered to himself. "Damn, someone didn't get the joke." "HEY!" A loud voice that came from the bus startled the boy. He promptly turned around. "I know yer hard of hearing but you ain't hard at looking! Get on he bus before I leave ya!" The bus driver yelled.
He quickly walked to the bench to grab his bag and walked up the stair, stopping mid way. "Sorry bout that,Joe." He teased before walking to an empty seat on the back. In the mirror, the bus driver gave his 'my name isn't joe' look. -
Lynne slid into one of the seats closest to the front. She glanced out the window. It would be strange not to look at these roads every morning, but she would get used to it.
-
"Emily. I'm a dancer. Sometimes provocative, but that's not important. And this isn't about me, this is about you, you brilliant little minx. Nice to meet you." Emily said, raising a hand and pointing at herself.
Throwing her hands behind her head, Emily rested against the back of the chair, "Listen, I know you've got the stretchy powers like Mr Fantastic, the Plastic Man, Mrs Incredible, all the good ones. I need your help. And in return, I'm going to help you out. Sounds nice, right?" -
Lexi loveheart Newbie"Um Hi Emily, um please tell me you're kidding." She looked over at the girl, Kayla tried to shift over more but hit the edge of the bus. "I'm totally going to regret this aren't I? But fine what do you want, I mite help you."
-
To I stretched out his arms before leaning back in the seat. He pulled his headphones back around his ears and got out his phone again. Clicking the correct app, music began to play through the noise isolated earphones. He laid his phone in his lap. It slid down the outside of his pants and almost hit the floor when the bus began to move. He grabbed it quickly. "Close one.." He whispers to himself.
So it won't be in danger of falling again, he placed them in his coat pocket. His feet tapped to the tempo of the music and he bobbed his head occasionally. After this stop, only one more student had to be picked up before the fun part could happen. Damn did he miss those times of almost falling out of his seat while sleeping. -
Marcie smiled at the girl next to her. She too had chosen a seat close to the front, to be safe.
-
"Why would I ever joke about bouncing breasts? That's a deathly serious issue plaguing modern women; and sometimes fat men. And it's the duty of women everywhere to know what their bodies are capable of. No no no, I never joke about...boobs." Emily said the last word slowly, letting it linger on her lips before being released with a loud b.
Throwing an arm around Kayla, Emily laughed. It was loud, noticeable, but joyous. "Man, you should see your face. It's great. Anyway," Emily pulled herself taut, taking in a deep breath. From her seat, she could clearly see the bus approaching the bridge and gripped the armrest for support. "I am serious about needing your help though. Like, I'm deathly serious right now. This is a serious issue, life and death type stuff. And if you don't help me, I'm literally screwed. Well, not literally but still. What I'm trying to say is, this will be dangerous, we might both get in trouble and there's no guarantee of safety. Are you still in?" -
Lexi loveheart NewbieKayla looked at the girl and laughed not as loud as Emily's but still loudish her head smacked against the seat. When she stopped laughing she looked at the girl. "Oh my god you're not joking. Why would I do anything that can get me in trouble this is my first day. I'm not one of those kids. I'm a... nobody and I'd like it to stay like that."
-
Lynne smiled back at the girl. Hopefully she would prove to be a friend, not a foe. Lynne glanced at her bag. She had packed all the things she needed, and some that were unnecessary.
