"Yeah," he said as he went over and hefted the shield, it easily weighed forty pounds, but it was easily carried.
-
"Thanks." Together they walked outside and she chose a shady spot bellow a nearby tree. Laying it down she put her black book bag on the grass and unzipped it. Art things spilled out, brushes, paints, etc.
-
"Want something to prop it up on?" he asked, holding it up off the ground and unintentionally flexing for her.
-
Trying not to stare she looked at the sheild with a narrow eye and tilted head. "Please? That would be a lot of help. She looked up at him.
-
He gently set it down, and came back with a car jack and ratcheted it up all the way and set the shield on it, now inclined. "Do you want anything? Soda, chips, anything?" he asked from a crouch by the shield.
-
"I'm good for now but thanks." She pulled her hood back slightly and gripped a paint brush in her mouth as she dug through her bag. "A cup of water and paper towels would be great." She said around the brush.
-
He jogged inside, and filled a disused coffee mug and grabbed some towels. He set them on the ground next to her. "Here," Michael said, "anything else?"

Yeah sorry~)
"Nope that'll do. Thanks." She smiled slightly before pulling out a golden colored paint, a bronze, and rusted. "Hm.." -
"Mind if I stay out here?" he asked, enjoying this for some unknown reason.
-
"It's your house so I can't tell you what to do." She chuckled and started to brush the rusted color over the sheet metal first.
-
He shrugged, and watched her. Every graceful, smooth movement.
-
Leaning forward she lost herself into her work. Her wrist moved up and down with fluid motions as she relaxe under his gaze but didn't seem to notice anything but her work.
-
After a while, he leaned back, clasping his hands behind his head and staring at the sky.
