She tried to relax and stay calm but nightmares still started to creep into her head as the night dragged on. Growling quietly she was trapped in her own sleep.

Michael heard her growl, and held her tighter.

She pulled one of his to her face and settled down once more. She drifted into an uneasy to easy sleep.

Michael simply held her all night, eventually waking happily at about six, refreshed. He had slept better than he had, ever, thanks to her.

She rolled and buried herself back into his neck. She was still asleep, her body needed it.

He smiled and let her, thinking about how well they fit together, almost petfectly.

She yawned softly and held onto him. Her eyes fluttered and she huffed quietly. "I don't want to get up." She groaned quietly.

"I know," he whispered, "I like this." Michael knew his aunt was awake downstairs, and hoped she didn't come up.

"But I have to get up.. I have border patrol today." She huffed and nuzzled her face into the crook of his neck.
