He wrapped his arms around her and held her tightly, trying to comfort him like she had comforted him.

She buried her face into his chest and squeezed her eyes shut. Her body was shaking and silent tears ran down her face.

"It's okay," he whispered, sitting on the bed with her. Michael looked down at her, and pressed her to him.

"He's going to hurt you." She whispered against his throat. "And then my pack and then me.. He dosent care.. He's so obsessed with me." She sniffled quietly.

"I can't protect your pack, but I can protect you," he whispered into her blonde hair. "I don't go down without a fight, and I don't crack under pressure. I will protect you."

Her hand turned into a fist with his shirt in it on his chest as he calmed her down. "Promise..?" She whispered softly into him.

Michael looked down, and lightly used his hand to lift her chin to look her in the eyes. "I promise. I never make a girl a promise I can't keep."

Her eyes flashed and she smiled just slightly at him. "Thank you." She softly touched his cheek with her hand.

He smiled back, loving the feel of her warm hand on his face. "Want to stay here, Ally?"

She knew she shouldn't, it would cost him his life possible but.. Guilty pleasure washed over er because she loved the way she got into him. The way his smell wrapped around her like a warm blanket. "Please?"

He nodded, "want the bed? I can sleep in my chair," he offered, even though he, and he suspected she did too, wanted to stay together.

"Just stay, right here." She said quietly and eve so softly kissed him and rolled to his side. Pulling his arms around her she buried into his chest once more but on her side.

He smiled, and accepted the kiss, then lay back with her. Michael propped his head up on a few pillows, and pulled a light blanket over them. "Good night, Ally," he whispered, hugging her.

She rolled once more so they where spooning before she said. "Goodnight.." She closed her eyes and fell asleep quickly.

He smiled, and fell asleep quickly. For once in a month, he slept peacefully, thanks to her.
