*Oh the redundancy. I'm sorry, let's just add an "again" to the second "She paused" and just not dwell on it because it is hideous.

**DAMMIT I MEANT LICKING HER LIPS
THAT SOUNDED LIKE A SETUP FOR A GAY KISS BETWEEN VIVIAN AND MARU -
***So many things. I'm so sorry. "..and clicking her tongue for a second."
Oh my Castiel. I'm sorry. I f---ed up. I f---ed it all up. -
(You fuked it up hard, bro.)
(IHLAOY... You're a great guy. And I don't think I'm drunk.)
(Ok, thinking about arranging my own plans with Reyna. Since she's the 'good girl', and I'm the'bad guy', one of us obviously has to win, and chances are, DIE. So, I hope Nikkili gets to Reyna before Vivian does.) -
(Joker. You cannot kill my character without my permission.
IHLAOY: I'm okay with the whole 'planning to kill Reyna/she's going to die somehow' thing. However, I would like her to remain alive. At least for now.) -
(I know I can't. I'm just saying my character is going to try his damnedest to kill you one day.)
-
(I know. I never cause lasting harm to a character unless it's agreed upon beforehand. Or we're playing a game with dice.)
Vivian smiled stupidly, "It...it would look gud on me. Much better than this...blue nest I have. Why'd it...be blue? I wanted red. I shoulda been a redhead. But...but red wouldn't look as good with my staples." Vivian said, pulling a lock of her hair down to her eyes and staring at it sadly. It split and jumped in her vision, but it was still clear enough for her to get a good look at it. Maybe she should start growing it long? But then again, long hair was dangerous in this city, and she was getting new hair soon anyway.
"Kill who again?" Vivian asked, before waving a hand in front of her face, "Right, right, Reyna. Damn 'miss perfect hair' Reyna. There was a..." Vivian waved her arms around as she tried to remember what she was saying, "thing I needed to show you. A paper thing. Newspaper! Joe was in the newspaper! But...but you can't tell Melody he was. And you can't...tell Neon he was. Shh, secret."
Leaping forward, Vivian slammed a cut out piece of the newspaper onto the table; getting it soaked in the process. When did that beer even spill onto the table? "Chester's newspaper. Joe was seen in Chester, see? And I...and I can't go and see-ee-ee him while I have these...dosh problems. And I realy want to see Joe again; but he'll...he'll be gone if I wait."
Leaning closer, Vivian licked her lips, "But if I kill Reyna before someone else does, then...then I can get all the money from killing Reyna before someone else does. And...and with no Reyna, I don't...I no longer have a debt with Reyna's gang. And I can use the money to play off...you." Vivian said, drunkly poking Maru in the nose, surprisingly not missing in her inhibited state, "And I can use the money to play off...the other guys. And then they'll let me...I can leave the city and meet Joe again and we'll all be happy again."
Vivian took another drink, "'Cept...'cept Reyna, cause she'll be dead. But...but oomelettes and eggs." -
(Are we assuming Reyna's at her apartment/heading there? Sorry for so many questions, I want to make sure before I post.)
-
(Yes, that is what we were assuming.)

Maru flinched at the girl's touch a few seconds after the fact, staring blankly at her for a second and then relaxing. Her eyelids were sliding shut and opening wide and staying open for prolonged amounts of time, and all of this without her permission. It was annoying.
"Okay so yer gonna kill Reyna, right? But maybe I wanna kill her. No no, wait, no I don't. Why'd I even say that." she held up her index finger at Vivian. "I don't wanna kill Reyna. She's all yours. I mean. Ummmmmmmmmm. She's not gonna be very happy about that at- what do you mean you shoulda been a redhead? I love blue. Your hair is pretty you should love it. I mean you'd still look good with Reyna's hair."
She paused, looking down at the newspaper clipping.
"That's cool, Vivi. That's real cool you get to find yer boyfriend." She blinked, yawning loudly. "What'd we come out here for again? Right, Reyna. But yer gonna kill er so I guess there's not a lot to talk about.."
She got the feeling there was something important that she was forgetting, but it was slipping from her mind every time she tried to grasp it. -
Reyna sighed as she unlocked the door to her apartment. Stepping in, she made sure to lock the door behind her. Just a few days before there had been a break in a few doors down from her because the owner hadn't been overly careful. With a small huff, she flipped on the light switch and pulled out her phone. It was still open to where the lady who'd been shadowing her had entered her number. She couldn't even remember the name at this point. She needed coffee.
Moving on to the kitchen, Reyna turned on her coffee machine and waited for the old thing to boot up, preparing the coffee grounds. She ran on coffee like other people ran on sleep. When you had coffee, who needed sleep? Despite this fact, she could feel her eyelids getting heavier. It was a relief when she finally got the coffee into a mug.
Lydia. That had been the name. With a satisfied smile as she remembered, Reyna flopped onto her couch and pulled her computer onto her lap. It had taken her months to save up for this thing, but it had high security and she had used to successfully hack into government files. She typed in the name Lydia Newman. Just as she suspected, nothing useful popped up. No one remotely resembling 'Lydia' appeared in images. -
Yawning along with Maru, Vivian shook her head, "Nah, Joe's not...Joe's not my boyfriend. He's my...brother. He didn' like the term father cause he weren't ready for kids. Plus I think he...you know, killed a couple, I dunno. Guilt is a weird thing. Thank...thank Dog that you can drink it away. No, not dog, the other guy. What's his name; the clerics would knows. The big guy, wih the berd. That isn't Nick."
"No, my hair's ssssstupid. It's full of sticky alcohol and hair jelly. I hate it.
Vivian considered reaching for yet another drink, before she realized that the tray was empty. She wanted to get up and order more, but was nearly certain her legs wouldn't be able to control themselves that well. The music had also stopped, but Vivian was glad for that. She could hear over that buzzing in her ear without music.
"But...but can I ask...a personal question, Mari? I wanna know how you...you got all this. Got all caught up in it. I mean, I was and still am...a bit of a...moron, but you're smarter than Melody! How does a girl like you get into the whole gang business? Was it Nick? It was Nicky wasn't it? I hate Nick. b------ stole my money." -
(Fuk yea, I stole yer money.)
Nikkili prepped up, trying to focus on his left ring finger and stretched it. He heard a loud 'pop', and gulped down a huge scream. It hurt like hell, none-the-less. He began walking down the corridor to the recruit's area, his legs more stable than before, and his stability much better.
He landed him-self in the Recruit's quarters and waved them over to a secluded area, which looked more like a make-shift planning area, with maps, compasses, files, and opened computers. He sat each and every one of them down and eventually settled him-self up on a high-seated iron chair.
"Ok, so, this will likely be your first mission, and there's a reason why. We have been partially compromised."
The recruits waved and chirped and got edgy at the sound "compromised". They were new and still didn't know exactly what Nikkili meant.
Another recruit
(Hey doods, can I introduce a biologically enhanced hit-man? Like Hit-Man?) -

(If you can reasonably explain how he's been enhanced, I don't see why not. But you might want to check with Sun first, since he is the OP.)
