Her father swept her into his large arms, them both shaking. Soon she went to her room and fell asleep.

Jake slept contently on his boat, thinking of Vivian... And hoping she didn't talk about him.

She twisted the tale around, saying she had escaped or something along the lines. She didn't want to set Jake in any danger. When she woke up she slowly swam back towards the ship.

He woke at dawn, standing on the bow of the sleek, gray ship.

She, swam slowly around and through the ship. From above all you could see was a flash of crimson red here and there.

Jake smiled, catching a glimpse of her before crouching down to the edge.

She swam up closer and threw a ball of seaweed at him.

Jake moved right, the ball catching his shoulder before he flicked it off. "Good morning to you too," he said, with a slight smile.

"Morning." She sighed, holding on to the side of boat to peer up at him happily.

"Come to the back," he told her, going to the rear where there was a staircase to an area closer to the water.

Swims under the boat and follows the sound of his foot steps above her.

Jake sat down, his feet in the water as he waited.

Pops up and wraps hands around his ankles. "Such a long night." Yawns.

"Yeah, it was," he admitted. "Sleep well?"

"Yeah. It was nice to just be home." Shrugs and watches him.
