Roxie and Dominic were both in stitches, watching the young artists.
Marie raised an euebrow at Katrina. "You alright...?" -
Katrina looked at Marie and smiled. "Yes I'm fine!" She said cheerfully. "Marie..." She said quietly, "are we the only ghosts here?"
-
Jason folded up his art pad and stood up slowly. Walking towards the door he whistled a tune of some sorts.
Jack laughed and walked across the tables making things fall, and people baffled. Once to the door he followed his twin outside. -
Marie half smiled. "The only ones who love here. But Paris is full of ghosts."
-
"Whoa..." Katrina tried to imagine that and found it to be easy. "How come we don't see any in here other then ourselves?" She asked now curious.
-
The two brothers visited a grave site before going home. They didn't talk much saving Jason the weird looks he got for talking to the dead. But then again he always got them from the time he spoke his first words.
-
Marie thought for a bit. "I suppose they just don't come in here. I'm sure there are many others at the more historic sights."
-
Katrina nodded. "That makes sense." She said smiling. "But can other ghosts come in here?" She asked, thinking about the boy and the ghost she saw earlier.
-
She nodded. "Yes, but most choose to visit more...exciting places. I like it here though."
-
Once at home Jason crawled in bed as the sun was setting. He didn't know where his brother went at times like these.
Jack stuffed his hands in his pockets and walked away from his home. Finding himself in a near by park he trailed around slowly. -
"So do I!" Katrina said smiling.
-
Marie smiled. "Maybe tomorrow we can explore outside a bit? Just because we like it here doesn't mean we have to stay here 24-7."
-
Jack found himself by the road. Black marks paved the road mixed with an off color of brown, like rust. He flinched and kept going a suffering sigh escaping him.
-
Katrina nodded, smiling. "That would be great!" She exclaimed.
-
Helen drifted downstairs, realizing the "footsteps" were only a figment of her imagination. Then she saw Katrina and Marie. She floated over to them. "Bonjour!" greeted Helen heartily.
Jaque peered anxiously around the room. He could've sworn he heard...
No, of course not, Jaque thought to himself. I must be going batty.
