Katrina was quiet for a moment, then she nodded. "I understand." She said. Then she glanced at the owners. "But don't The Owners know we're here?" She asked.

Marie nodded. "Yes, but they are good. They won't reveal us."

"Well that's good." Katrina said. She floated away from the chair she was sitting in as someone sat in it. "I like this place," she said, "I don't want people to see us. I want to stay here." Katrina said quietly.

Maria smiled softly. "I like it here too. Just stay invisible and we'll be safe."

"I will." Katrina said. She noticed the cafe was getting busier. "Marie it's getting busy." Katrina said, making sure that she knew.

Maria nodded solemnly, melting into a wall. "Come on then."

Katrina followed her and melted through the wall into a room that The Owners prepared for them. Katrina sat on a chair that was always empty. She picked up a book, and flipped through it.
