"Hmm...Jay." The distracted tomkit scampered away from his mother and stared up at the tall, furless creature before him. Skyheart watched David warily.
Nightmare's honey-brown eyes swept across his surroundings. His sisters, parents, and the soft cushy floor. (A rug) -
David looked down at Jay. "Why, hello there! Hmm... I think we'll call you... Tiger! Cause you seem brave!"

Dan ducked on his chair and reached out a hand to Jay.

"Rawr!" Jay mocked, bouncing around David's feet.
"Oh, Keith look!" Skyheart exclaimed. Two shimmering opal eyes stared back at her, a white so pure they could be compared to the moon itself. -
Keith stared at Frost's eyes for a second. "They look mysterious..."
David smiled at him. -
Frost carefully studied her surroundings.

"They're gorgeous."
Jay sniffled curiously at Dan's hand, pawing at it. -
Luna leapt up, running over to Dan.

"A little tiger." Dan kept moving around this finger, making it a prey for the small kit.

Jay laughed, chasing the mysterious finger-mouse.
Nightmare strutted over. -
"Hello there!" Dan called to Luna. "We should name her socks, because of those cute white paws." Dan said.

Dan welcomed the small black kit. So many cute kits!

David nodded. "Good idea... as for the black tom.... maybe Shadow?"

Nightmare regarded Dan with a superior look, and when no real food came, resorted to swatting at David's shoelaces.

David smiled at Nightmare. "He's a funny little thing!"
