DaughterOfApollo Junior@Purplecherries you are ABSOLUTELY CRAZY if you think that animals can't love!! I have three dogs (six total if you count the ones that are dead) and basically every morning, one of my dogs jumps up on my bed and licks my face to wake me up. She wags her tail while licking my face and when she's done, she lies down right next to me and waits for me to get out of bed. And I would save the abused animal over the child. And we ARE NOT superior to ANY animal. Also, when you die and go to heaven, all of your animals will be waiting for you. If animals don't go to heaven then I have nothing to live for any more because I've been waiting for 3 years to see one of my dogs and if all of my waiting was for nothing when I die, then I'm going to be pretty frickin pissed. To sum this up, yes I do believe animals go to heaven.

FLgirl92 Newbie@Purplecherries: So you say animals can't love? Like how gay people supposedly can't love?
-
I never brought up gay people. I'm perfectly fine with them as long as they don't fall in love with me! Sorry, maybe I must've been mistaken about animals not being able to love. I guess that's because I've never had an pets at all. So sorry I offended anyone.
@DaughterOfApollo
You are a sick, sick human. (I hardly believe you're even human!) You would save the animal over the child? Oh, I pray for whoever you marry/date and for your children (if you'll even have any). :P I feel disgusted that there are people like you in the world. -
DaughterOfApollo Junior@Purplecherries YOU'RE calling ME sick?! You're the one saying that animals can't love and that they don't have a soul. EVERY LIVING THING HAS A SOUL!! And I have a very strong heart for animals, especially dogs. And I do intend on having children, you bringing that up was completely pointless. And I feel disgusted that there are people like YOU in the world. You need to understand that I would hurt someone if they hurt an animal. I asked my dad that question and he said that it depends on how old the kid is and that he knows that I would save the animal and he's fine by that because he knows that I have a very very strong and loving heart towards animals.

@PurpleCheeries
No Daughterofapollo isnt the only human like that... I would choose an animal over a Human -
And also Daughterofapollo isn't a sick human. Animals bring more joy to us humans whereas humans just talk behind your back or say nasty words to you, whereas animals give affection and constant love to their owners :)
-
DaughterOfApollo Junior@Araminta Thank you :) and yes, people do tend to do that a lot.
-
FLgirl92 NoviceYou've never had pets Purplecherries? I'm really sorry to hear that, because pets can truly be a source of joy to humans. And I know for a fact that animals can love. When I was 16, my family had to have one of our dogs Nana put to sleep. We had another dog at the time, Lizzie, and you could tell she was sad not to have Nana around anymore. For about a year she would rarely leave her bed. Animals mourn just like humans do, and they have the same love for each other that we do. And I was heartbroken as well when we put Nana down. She had been in my life so long that she felt like a member of the family. I loved her, and I know she loved me too.

I thought I said I would choose the animal over the kid? Am I not sick as hell too?
lawljk. -
i would chose the child because of many reasons
that child could have a bigger chance of makeing a difference in a world than a dog
i couldnt resist that scream of that child getting hurt
humans and animals can hurt both hurt you
you would probabily get bashed by media if you save a animal over a child
and its more... -
DaughterOfApollo JuniorI honestly wouldn't care if I got bashed by the media for saving an animal. And I'm not the only one who would pick the animal. Like I said before, I've had 6 dogs, and I'm lying down with one right now. So I'm a complete animal lover, especially for dogs. If I see an abused dog, I'm not gonna hesitate to save it.
-
Animals may not have the same potential as a person, but they're more self efficient, more loving than people, and less likely to be a complete dissapointment.
-
DaughterOfApollo JuniorIn some city in the state that I live in, there was a law saying that you have to have a liscence in orderto have a Pittbull. If you couldn't pay for it, then that dog would have to be given away or put down. I think this is a sick and twisted law. Why just Pittbull's? They aren't vicious. It's not their fault, it's their owners fault for treating them like that. They are actually very sweet. I've never had a Pittbull, but I have met some. And they are all very nice. And guess what? They're loving and they have souls.

Scolionophobia- Who said that dogs can't make a difference in the world?? I've heard extraordinary stories about cats saving a child from a fire and dogs saving chicks from foxes... And did you know that dogs help police and some can be Guard dogs? I've always heard that a horse saved a rider from stampede!! Yes, animals can do wonderful things and CAN change the world -- hands down
-
DaughterOfApollo is a lovely human because those humans in this world who love animals are extraordinary people :) There are only a few in the world like DaughterofApollo and those few people have beautiful souls...
