No that is not true, you can change, only then will you be able to go to heaven.
Heaven’s Gate- The Pearly White Gates of Heaven. This is the gate to Heaven and eternal peace. Your soul has made it through Verse (spirit world) and to the gates. Now it’s time for you to be judged by the book. If you’re worthy you will be let in if not your will be sent to hell.
Hells Gate- Usually if you get lost and find your way to hell you will be forced to enter or you do not believe in Jesus christ. Inside you shall see a old wooden dock. The water black as black can be. Death surrounds you. A boat appears and you will enter it. You will then be going to hell.

Your true home is in heaven, why do you want to go to hell? that place is for demons and anything that is got to do with darkness. It's your choice, but thats a bit over done, hell isn't your home. -

And there's a passage in the Bible that basically says all liars, cheats and adulterers will go to Hell.
