Become a Catholic! It's awesome!
Have you ever noticed that every other Christian religion has somehow changed during the thousands of years? But Catholic is like the only one that has stayed the same? It's pretty cool. [: -
Weird_Lulu NewbieMaybe not Purple...
The way of the world teach us to change. And if God has make the world like he judge to be good, we must change too.
Catholicism isn't the same anymore : we don't burnt people anymore because of their different point of views, we don't rule the world anymore by our dogmas and so on...
Maybe I'm wrong but your comment is quite intolerant...
A good religion is one which don't force people to believe if they don't want, one which help you whithout enslaved you and which let you free to speak and think like you want... Just a fews christians are like that...
Today we are really stressed, individualistic and cold-hearted... Scolionophobia, you should try Buddhism. But at least, just try to find a religion which help you to being more serene and happy. That's why religions have been created.
P.S : sorry for long post and crappy english my dears ! -
SilverMoon8 Novicewhy be religious when you can be atheist! you dont have to pray or anything like that. its awsome! but it is your choice so choose wisely!

@Weird Lulu
Sorry, I don't understand your thinking. I don't recall Catholics burning each other because of different points of view. I don't recall Catholics FORCING others to believe in their religion.
I think you have met the wrong type of Catholics. Because true Catholics wouldn't go do such things as that. :/ -
PC, if you follow the bible to the word, you should be publicly stoned to death for not attending church on Sunday. "True Catholics" are much worse than the illusion they pull over your eyes.
-
@Purplecherries: Clearly you have not heard of the Spanish Inquisition.
-
FLgirl92 NewbieDon't bother with organized religion. Choose for yourself what you believe.
-
It's funny how everyone advertises their religion when someone says they're unsure.
-
FLgirl92 NewbieYea that bugs me a little too, even though I'm a Christian and I'm supposed to convert people. But I honestly feel that however you choose to worship, it should be in your own way. I almost never go to church. I occasionally read articles from religious sites online, but to me being Christian is really just living the most virtuous life you can.
-
Silvereight Newbiewell i dont have a religion and dont belive in gods (im not atheist though because i believe in paranormal sort of stuff) but all im gonna say is go for what works for you and what you feel most comfortable being. dont listen to what everyone else says.
-
SaraW NoviceYou don't have to stick with one religion you can believe different parts of different religions. I'm a Christian but I'm not going to force my beliefs on you you choose and hey if you change your mind it's not a problem do what you want :)
-
Skyler Potter NoviceI think it is kind of silly how people are advertising their own religions, but one religion that has helped me with my entire life is Mormonism, or LDS.
-
The world how it is to day I'm not sure what to believe....... But for me I find the most possible facts and believe in that, meaning I believe in more that god there's more out there in life than just those gods something bigger. If anything we all can be cells in another things body like each universe is working its part but than it might not. You can never know for sure what everything REALLY is.

Samantha2332 JuniorI'm thinking of changing my religion too. We've had some s--- from the Catholic church, saying that my sister isn't an appropriate romodel because she went through depression.
