In response to the original post, I think that is amazing and I just felt so happy when you said you called on Him and then came out of the attack. He really does hear those who call upon him with a true heart.
Just as an additional thing, cause I've been reading through a lot of the posts on this thread... I used to think a lot of the same things. I think a lot of people wonder early on: If God is almighty, why doesn't he save us right now? And why did he make us sinful in the first place?
I also got confused a lot on how dying on a cross could possibly save all mankind; past, present, and future. I just couldn't get it.
But then, as one's relationship with Jesus becomes stronger, and closer, He gives understanding freely to all who want it. He's given us the Bible as a means to tell us all the things He wants us to know.
Ah, I don't know what I'd do without Him... :') -
(in reply 2 rhimicha) I feel the same way :3 Jesus is AMAZING
-
I, too, feel the same way! Jesus is the Way, Truth, and Life.

Question for all you Christian bandwagoners.
Do you believe that faith in God is a requirement for going to heaven? -
Is that even a question?
-
Yes. And it's not rhetorical.
-
In most reformed churches I have attended the answer has been yes.
-
Do your self a favor and don't criticize and rebut a religion-faith that you don't understand
-
Barberbob was a christian for many years. Same with me. Stop assuming s---.
-
You're avoiding the question.
-
Point of interest: just considering yourself christian doesnt mean you understand the religion geek.
-
Tony, that sounds a lot like the opening of the "not a 'real' Christian" copout. If that's NOT what you're getting at please say so. If it is then you make me sad because I expected better from you.
