I used to
a lot, but behind crying myself to sleep, I did other things too I shouldn't say :|
Anywho, I haven't cried in a long while (a month!) maybe I did get a bit teary eye, but nothing cry related. -

I usually close my eyes, some random sad thought comes up in my head, and I cry for a few minutes, stop, dry my eyes, and fall asleep.
I don't do that all the time, but that's a rough idea of how I cry in bed. I usually don't fall asleep crying, to answer your question.
