So my softball team has started calling me Lucas and using my preferred pronouns, which is great, but it's leading to another issue:
My grandparents come to my games. And they might hear them calling me Lucas, and they might ask me why, and since they've heard people call me Lucas before, they might start getting suspicious. I had an alibi for that- I just said that all the girls in my school thought it'd be funny if we went by guy names like Kai and Finn and Tobi, which is a somewhat decent lie because most of my friends are trans men (they use the same lie with their parents too, we all came up with this together), but that doesn't work for my softball team, meaning I'd have to make up another lie, unless I just want to come out right then and there, which I 100% don't so like-
tldr: might have to come out earlier than I want to my grandparents :') -

The softball game was literally fine. I was overreacting about nothing. Granted, it was kinda awkward when my grandpa deadnamed me in the dugout and my teammates all stared like 'bro does he know??' but it's fine.
And I got to meet up with Liv again, and I haven't seen her in FOREVER and she's not on my team anymore (i'll have to compete against her lol) so it all turned out fiNE -

This isn't really a vent, but like, she's so pretty and nice and she told me her relationship goals and kissed my f---ing hand like old fashioned style and I've been getting so lovesick for the past week and I just realized its because I missed her so much while she was gone goddamn it

This next post is political so... I don't think people look at this thread anyways, but I'm putting a spoiler on it anyway in case I end up horribly wrong and end up disagreeing with myself, or causing a fight lol
Marriane Williamson seems like a decent choice for president. She seems well spoken, she's a democrat, and she roasted the hell out of Trump a few years ago so like... She also said if she ends up president she'll appoint an attorney general to prosecute the hell out of hate crimes and try and reduce murder suicide rates, (specifically for gay/trans people since it's a f---ing epidemic) which would be great. Plus she'd be the first woman president here so... She's Jewish too, so we'd have some good diversity. I mean, I'm pretty sure it's either her, Biden, or Trump, so my moneys on her

and it's not even like the people she was also hanging out with were homophobic or religious, they're the ones that introduced me to Heartstopper, they're my buddies.

It ended up fine.
I mean, it didn't really, because I had like, a bajillion panic attacks in the middle of it and I wanted to die, but I feel better now and I think I can safely say that it wasn't as bad as I made it out to be, I just had a couple quiet little breakdowns and that plus a period does NOT equal good news lol
It's fiiiine tho, I'm better now. Kinda. -

I'm fine now. It's just reLigiOuS tRaUmA lol. I made a playlist on spotify that kinda explains it, but not super great.
I was just really stressed before then too, so I was just not in a great headspace :')
