I mean, you could just be like "sorry I keep zoning out" or whatever you're doing, because I bet money they'll understand. I did the same thing during the last day of school and I just kept being like "my bad guys, im disassociating, I'm not mad at you and being standoffish on purpose I promise"

Also I was listening in to my mum’s phone call bc I was in the same car with her and she was talking to a doctor about my sister’s treatment and the main thing she was worried about was my sister’s fertility lmao -
