I personally like to watch cooking videos to help put me to sleep. Y'all got anything like that?

I watch speedrunning videos (people beating video games as fast as they can) and analysis of speedrunning videos (people explaining all the little tricks the players use to finish quickly)
also videos of people playing video games. not like markiplier or anything since he screams a lot, but like normal people
sometimes videos about the lore of certain video games put me to sleep
sensing a trend here -
Food and cooking videos definitely does it for me as well.
I personally love binging with babish since he has such a soothing voice. -

Just found this guy's youtube channel and it's snazzy very chill
I mean there's a lot of videos I could list that keep me awake, but for falling asleep I usually just put on old Lifescapes cds/easy listening music. -
Yo diy tutorials made by grandmothers or mothers are soothing because they're not all upbeat like modern ones are so i watch those and their voices sooth me to sleep
